Made a appointment the day before for 10:00 am and sat in the chair and waited for about 45 minutes until they even started. She kept pausing my nails to talk to her coworker or just look around but overall I’m in love with the nails there super cute. I just wished there service was a little bit better. I normally go to California Nails across the street, … they were booked for the time we needed, so I was going to take my daughter, her friend and myself here next week for 3 full sets with Gel polish , and 3 pedicures. ( this weekend is my daughters homecoming dance) I was told that this was acceptable and booked a two hour window… however by looking at these reviews, the photos, and the overall customer service feedback, I cancelled my appointments. I’m not dropping hundreds of dollars on a roll of the dice, maybe it will look good, maybe it won’t… we don’t have time to redo anything. I was trying to give a new business a chance, but I will stick with California Nails across the street. We have to go a couple days early, HOWEVER I know if there is one smudge, they will go above and beyond to fix it before I even notice it!! I’m so grateful for Google Reviews, I have saved myself a headache!!!

If u could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t go here. Listen I’m not normally one to ever complain or be disrespectful towards a small business but this was just an experience I’ve never even come close to having. My friend and I went in to get nails and a pedicure, I was getting the pedicure. When we got there for our 2:45 appointment, which they chose we do, we had to wait another 30-45 minutes to even start getting helped. They were definitely short staffed, which I get, but don’t make more than 2 appointments at the same time if you only have 2 employees. For my nails I was going to do 5 colors and my toes one. They only had 3/5 colors I wanted… which is fine until they wouldn’t let me pick another color. The one I wanted they didn’t have so she said “no time to pick another color I have customers waiting.” To which I said politely “I understand I just don’t really want any of these colors and unfortunately I waited too”. She told me to just look at this color I had picked out for my nails and started painting my toes with it. I didn’t say anything at first to be nice but I hated them. She also kind of did a horrible job painting them. When I was checking out I told them I didn’t want my nails done anymore because we were running out of time. They tried to push me to stay and get my nails but I said “no thank you”. Then I told her how I honestly didn’t love my toes and wish I was able to pick a color I actually wanted. To which she gave me a $10 gift card. I was furious at this point. I was trying to be polite but they were kind of being plain rude. I told the women I don’t really want to come back and would even prefer $10 cash back, which is fair considering it was $53!!!!! She didn’t give me any other options but my friends were less expensive for a full set of acrylic gel nails. I left without being helped. Then after careful consideration I went back in. I was being really nice saying how I just don’t think it’s fair. Then the only other customer there decides to butt in and scream at me saying how “I’m a spoiled little brat who’s clearly trying to get a free manicure” and how she could “tell I was raised without good parenting” which was not the case at all and the workers agreed… which was extremely disrespectful and made me start to get anxiety. so end of the story I left crying and spending $53 on the worst pedicure I’ve ever seen. Do better to show your customers respect.

I got a beautiful set of nails with dip, and at first they were great. Unfortunately after about 5 days I had already lost 2 nails and the rest were lifting and chipping. I’ve had dip many times before, and never had them come off so quickly. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review , but I’m so disappointed because they looked fantastic freshly done.

Only did two coats with a very see through polish, so my nails turned out very see through when they were supposed to be pink. Also had flooded cuticles and polish is patchy. Definitely not worth $35 and probably won’t be coming back. Gel manicures

The service overall was awful, the person working on me kept getting up to walk around, help other people, and clean the entire salon while trying to do my nails. I had a set appointment and still ended up waiting about 30 minutes before I was helped, meanwhile they were seating people to get their nails done right away. I told them i wanted square, and somehow my nails are coffin, i had an exact picture of the set i wanted and i got something completely different. The service overall was awful, the person working on me kept getting up to walk around, help other people, and clean the entire salon while trying to do my nails. I had a set appointment and still ended up waiting about 30 minutes before I was helped, meanwhile they were seating people to get their nails done right away. SO DISAPPOINTED..Read on….I had been going there to get my Pedicures and liked their prices, their customer service, and often prompt service. So I was looking forward to getting my hands done and hoping to get an older lady with curly hair/ glasses since I had seen her work and it looked amazing. Well… I was SO DISAPPOINTED. She rushed my service and just put on a new set of nails. She didn’t clean the polish around my fingertips, did not polish the back of the nail tip where acrylic accumulated heavily, and she did not cut some pieces of skin around my cuticles that usually are taken care of. She seemed to be not in her best mood so no courtesy words were exchanged after I would say please or thank you, not even eye contact. I still left her a 15% tip because I appreciate anyone who works with their hands. But I felt a bit of discrimination ever since she rushed to serve two white girls for who she was very courteous. It made me sad. Maybe my hopes were too high. But now I have to look for a new place to do my manis and go back for the summer and continue to work my feet there.
