Incredibly unprofessional. Doesn’t return phone calls. On their voicemail they say, “we apologize if we don’t get back to you in 2 days”. Who tf? Doesn’t care about keeping clients. Owner is retiring/selling so they don’t care anymore. Refuses to perform certain services for clients. Small town hair place – don’t go here. Super passive aggressive judgmental small town attitudes. Also, if you go here with an appointment, they’ll make you wait forever. They don’t care.
