I just had a hair cut and dyed my hair from Nachi at The New End. This is my third time getting hair cut from her. I completely trust her skills. She cut my long/ thick hair little by little upon my request. It took more time than usual for sure, but she did it for me : ) Now I have the short hair and I love it! Everybody at the salon is professional, kind and friendly. Comparing to other Japanese hair salons in NYC, the price setting is very reasonable, too. This salon is a gem in upper East side. Highly recommend!!!

She has great skills and always takes care of my hair so well. She knows what I like and I trust her. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. I love their retro interior and decorations. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. I love their retro interior and decorations. They have also great barber for men’s haircut. I see a lot of male customers come here as well. The color came out really amazing. I wanted it a little warmer than what I had previously and we succeeded without making it brash. Great experience with washing, toner and styling. I love my hair and I’ll definitely be back again.
