I get my hair done by Taylar Pickett and she’s an amazing stylist. She is very knowledgeable about the many different types of curly hair, and she adds the perfect amount of layers to create the volume and bounciness I’ve always wanted. And I really appreciate all the hair care tips and advice from her! I’ve been to The Nest several times now, and it’s always a great experience! The ambiance is trendy, clean, and spacious. I get my hair done by Taylar Pickett and she’s an amazing stylist. She is very knowledgeable about the many different types of curly hair, and she adds the perfect amount of layers to create the volume and bounciness I’ve always wanted. I’d always try to work an appointment in when visiting friends in prior home area. Then, my daughters gifted me an appointment with Taylar as my Xmas present, and guess what?! I will never have to wait to travel for a hair appointment again! The salon is wonderful, and offers a lovely retreat from the world. Taylar is fantastic-an expert-at what she does-if you have curly hair, you MUST see her! I went in with crazy, “Grandma -from-Addams Family -hair”, and left with rock star curls. We moved to So. Oregon 4 years ago, and I didn’t know where to go for a curly hair expert! I’d always try to work an appointment in when visiting friends in prior home area. Then, my daughters gifted me an appointment with Taylar as my Xmas present, and guess what?! I will never have to wait to travel for a hair appointment again! Positive: ProfessionalismI cannot say enough good about The Nest Salon, but I will give you my top reasons I choose this Salon for my hair care. Atmosphere, the people, product, and the creative hair journey. The atmosphere is bright, natural, inviting, relaxing, and very clean. My stylist, Vanessa, is always willing to listen to my new hair dreams and she gives me excellent feedback as far as the science behind what it will take to achieve my hair goal. I’ve never once felt that she’s not up for the challenge, and I’ve always walked away feeling like a “new creation.” The Davines hair line is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Hands down… truly— not even a close second. I always joke and say if I would have had this line of hair care in my younger years I’d be a CEO of a company by now.;) I have tough hair to tame and this line has made my hair feel like I’m perpetually walking around with a professional Brazilian blow out. Let’s face it… getting our hair done is an investment. Invest wisely and invest in your self care by choosing The Nest Salon. I cannot say enough good about The Nest Salon, but I will give you my top reasons I choose this Salon for my hair care. Atmosphere, the people, product, and the creative hair journey. The atmosphere is bright, natural, inviting, relaxing, and very clean.
