I absolutely love Jessica and what she is able to do with hair. Not to mention how cute and inviting her studio is. She was so kind to me, listened to what I wanted, and made my hair even better than I was imagining. She does so well that I started to bring my 91 year old grandmother to her. Jessica picked her color so well that you would think it was her natural hair. It is a wonderful thing to see an elderly woman beaming because she feels beautiful. I cannot thank her enough for the good conversation, kindness, and the masterpieces she gives us each time. She is our hair stylist for life. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I HIGHLY recommend her if you want to feel even more beautiful.

First and foremost I would like to say that Danielle hairstylist is amazing and Lacy is also, she has done my hair and lashes, however the owner Jessica has poor client service etiquette. I have been going to this salon every week for services and earning points to deem a reward for free eyelash service- when it came to my lash appointment, Jessica the owner decided to remove the reward without notification or honoring the reward I was supposed to redeem. In addition she is rude and erratic to her staff making them feel uncomfortable during various visits I encountered. I will never go back to this salon The Nest!
