I had my first appointment at the Natural Nail Spa on Saturday. Everything was very clean and nice looking in the salon, but unfortunately my experience was lacking. I’m not a fan of pedicures, but scheduled one because I’m 23 weeks pregnant and it’s getting more and more difficult to care for my feet the way I’d like to. First, I noticed that they didn’t clean under my toenails during the pedicure. I will say they were very careful to make sure I was comfortable during the experience, knowing I didn’t like pedicures.

The spa is nice but the experience was average.They told me I was supposed to have an appointment with one girl, and it ended up being with somebody else. I got a gel mani and the gel polish started chipping after 4 days. I know they guarantee nails for 10-14 days after and will fix your nails if they chip but I’ve gotten them done other places and they didn’t chip at all for two or even three weeks.

The salon was very clean and cute. However, the polish application was awful. I got white polish, and the application is bumpy, uneven, one of my smaller toes didn’t get polished. Best said it was sloppy, and looked like the nail tech didn’t know how to polish. I emailed the salon asking for someone to contact me, so hopefully they will.

I wanted to share my experience with the new Covid-19 measures in place.The place was extremely clean. Upon entering they check your temperature and have you wash your hands. Everyone is expected to wear a mask (even customers). They have clear patricians up so you are a safe distance. I felt completely safe the entire time!Love this place!
