Walked in without an appointment and David asked if I could come back at a different time. They were completely packed at that moment. I said sure because I had things to do in the meantime. When I got back at my appointed time he was ready to do my nails. He did an amazing job on my nails, and was the gentlest man I have ever had do my nails. I would highly recommend him for any nail need. My nails are on point and he did them exactly as I asked.

I’ve been getting Hannah to do my nails for years. She laughs and talks to you. My daughters come in with me sometimes and she always asks about them. She does an amazing job every time. The older male who grabs the phone when it rings is very, very rude. I forgave it the first time after going somewhere else , but the second time is just ridiculous. I had an appointment for a pedicure and drove past the turn-in. It’s a very busy road and I called immediately to say I’m turning around. He told me I’d just have to wait because they are “very busy,” even though I had made an appointment in-person. The second time, I had dipped nails and three broke off within a week. I called to schedule a time for repair on a Saturday and he refused. He said I had to come now. I told him I was in another town. He asked for how long. I told him I could not come right then again but could anytime Saturday. He would not give me a time and again told me they are “very busy” on Saturday. His tone is very argumentative and churlish. They won’t be busy for long if he keeps answering the phone and making people run to other salons where the front desk is actually nice to you.

I was NOT disappointed! Leim did amazing on free handing my French tips and my nails look amazing! It’s so hard to find a perfect technician, but my experience was great here! 100% going back! (Plus the wine was great too)

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I’ve been in NWA for 4 years, found Hannah shortly after we got here and I’ve NEVER been disappointed!!! I’ve tried other places and had to call The Nail Studio (in tears because I was so mad ) and ask Hannah to fix them and she ALWAYS makes time, and does a fantastic job!!! I will NEVER look elsewhere unless this place closes!! (And they better not! ) The whole team is Professional, Kind, Caring and funny! Not to mention they’re exceptional with time management!! Thank you ALL for everything you do for us!!! You’re absolutely Amazing!

I love this place David is amazing and I will only use him for my nails. His attention to detail and attitude towards his customers he is kind and professional. He wants every customer to be happy! The salon is very clean great color selection for any type of service acrylics, dip powder, gel they have it all! AND they are very good to the customers!!! I will be a regular for sure. You can even get a box with your own files etc. Just used on you and I really appreciate and like that option 5+++ STARS For DAVID!!
