1 review is still too generous considering the way they did my nails, my fingers LITERALLY HURT FROM HOW ROUGH THEY WERE. I asked for acrylics and i had uneven nails and clumps all over. I have excess too coat all around my cuticles that are turning white. None of the lines are even she tried covering it up with sparkles I didn’t want. Will not be returning.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10am, I arrived on time and told to take a seat. I inquired how long it the wait would be since I was schedule for 10. I wasn’t giving a time, another worker said that she didn’t know. what I asked again another woman yell 30 mins. They were unprofessional and rude if I could give zero stars I would.

There are some nail techs that are great here but overall service needs work they don’t greet when you walk in anymore and make you wait before they say anything especially if they are busy. A simple hi I’ll be right with you isn’t that hard.The owner is a little rough and rude sometimes but you get what you pay for. I waited 30 minutes patiently and then in walks some random and they take her right away no appointment they just lost another customer I should’ve listened to the reviews from jump this is not how you run a business

Critical: ProfessionalismWorst nail Salon . At first she didn’t want to do the nail design I asked for because she said it’s too much money . Next she couldn’t even get plastic nail on for acrylic she kept taking them on and off then she poke my skin with the drilling machine and kept saying everything is okay even doe I kept telling her over and over every mistake she was doing . Last but not least I asked her to just stop and remove the nails because I wasn’t paying for something I don’t like so she just cut off the acrylics and left me there . Until I asked some other person if she just gonna walk away and leave the acrylic on my nails , she came back to take them off all mad and talking about me in her launguage . Le is the best nail technician in this area. I’m so glad I found her because my nails would be a hot mess without her. Not only is she creative with any designs she thinks of, but she takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect before you leave! Her customer service is outstanding and her work speaks for itself. I highly recommend her for any nail service.

The worst!!!! They made my daughter move seats to keep 3 grown adults together! We ALL paid the same price so not sure why one client would be inconvenienced for another! I also was not fond of the shape of my toenails! They did not match and were completely different from each other. I was going to get my nails done as well and decided against it! Save your time, money, and energy! Go somewhere else.

This place is terrible! I was getting a full-set gel done and the lady got glue on my fingers which made my skin stick to the fake nail. It was super painful! Also, she cut me 3 times. My fingers were bleeding and she still kept trying to file over my cuts. I kept saying please stop that hurts. After the third cut I should’ve walked out but decided to stay anyway. On top of this my nails were uneven and cricket. Never going there again!

The worst nail bar i have ever visited, they are not professionals, they use low quality products and they are rude, ohhh and to finish, they charged me 20 $ for just removing nail polish, is a joke? Never again!!!
