The man that worked on my nails was very rude. I will never go back. He rushed the process. He was ignorant. He didn’t do my nails as I had asked. He polished my nail and I told him it wasn’t the right color and he complained about taking the color off and putting another on. He was just very rude! I will not be going back.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Long story short, first visit, I showed a pic of nails with french manicure in glitter. Asked of they could do it, was told yes – came out with nothing close. For more detailed version: By the photos here on Google, the nail art looks phenomenal – my only reason for coming in. Clearly I didn’t get the nail tech who created those designs. I believe they say they can do it to get you in the chair and when the polishing starts, you’re screwed. He started taking off my gel polish with the drill, pressing so hard my real nail was actually getting ripped along also. I had to ask him to soak them instead since he obviously didn’t care about the damage. I was basically called a liar when the gel wouldn’t come off after soaking 3 minutes, as he insisted that it was dip powder. I’m pretty sure I’m involved in my manicure process and know I have never used the powder. I’ve also taken off gel polish plenty of times to know that you have to file through the first layer enough for the acetone to penetrate through. But whatever, I’m just the ignorant customer from his view. After barely clipping my cuticles we get to the polishing. That glitter french manicure I wanted couldn’t be done because they don’t carry glitter dust – had to use glitter polish instead. That might have been fine, if it wasn’t dumped in a clump onto my nail. They didn’t have any fall colors except an orange cat eye (upcharge). He started putting on the top coat without doing the magnet that creates the cat eye! When I called him out on it, he slathered another coat on and magnetized that. Totally uneven and subpar application. Gel polish on pinky toe actually came off when I showered the next morning. I would never go here again.

i’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience! it is quite slow so it looks alarming when you walk in but what i want is always top priority and i’m always asked multiple times if i like the length, shape, or color before continuing. this is the only place that gets my shape right, as i’m super picky. also the only place where prices haven’t sky rocketed!

The owner is a drunk & smoker who does not wash his hands before working on you, he does extremely fast work which in the end leaves horrible results, went back next day asked to redo 5 nails he was rude yelled stating he would not guarantee his product if he had to fix my nails because of him I would not go back, my sister also had nail fungi from this nail shop beware! Picture shows less than 24hrs where it looks as if I need a need a new polish.

We just bought a house down the street and I came in to get my dip removed since I broke 2 nails and asked to just have polish added since we are in the process of painting and remodeling. The place was empty, he was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience…so I left. Drove down the road to Ooh La La nails and they were great!

Would not take no for an answer when they asked if we wanted gel on our toes and its $10 more. Not very friendly from the start and then she completely skipped the lotion and leg massage…. I was not impressed with the service but luckily my toes do look good. I won’t go back though :/

I love Pablo and the way he does my nails! I have been going there for three years and they are the nicest people I have ever met in the nail shops. and they do the best work too! I have never had a bad nail Design ever! I will always come to the shop as long as I live in this area. I love them all!

Horrible customer service. I went in at 5:23pm to get my eyebrows done. They all were eating and had the nerve to say they can’t service me. The guy says were taking people by appointments only. There’s no notice anywhere that states they’re only taking people by appointments. This is the 2nd time I go to get my eyebrows done and they say oh we can’t come by tomorrow. Plus there was no customers at all the place was empty. The man did say he had an appointment coming in but there was 3 of them in there just eating. Like come on where’s your customer service skills it wouldn’t have taken long to do my eyebrows.
