I’ve been to the nails lounge several times now and have always come out so happy with my nails. Jeanie is a nail tech I’ve had a few times now and I absolutely love her!! Her work is immaculate and she is so friendly and gentle with my nails and the tools. Their pricing is also very reasonable and transparent on their website which is always a plus to me. It’s a very serene atmosphere in the salon and I always leave happy and relaxed. Highly recommend this place!!

Giving 3 stars because they were awesome in the fact of Taking me so late and close to closing. The place is clean and they are friendly, however, couldn’t do many designs…ended up for an ombre and asked for glitter over it and was told that it couldn’t be done because the dip powder ombre wouldn’t work with the polish? Also asked to trim my cuticles, but she couldn’t because of all the acrylic stuck under my nails and around the edges… shapes are uneven and my nails are super thick.

Love love love this place. I’ve been here a few times now and every time, it’s a job well done. Mimi has done my pedicure and is amazing, I’d pay just for her neck massage, she’s fabulous. Jeannie has done my dip manicures and I’m always happy with how they come out!

My biggest pet peeve is when someone tries to pressure you into a more expensive manicure and doesn’t like no as an answer. I didn’t have the time to be here for an hour. I sat down and a random lady (not the one that was doing my nails) abruptly pointed to the paper and suggested a high end pedicure. I made another decision that she didn’t suggest and the lady walked away sounding displeased and speaking a different language. It made the situation awkward and stressful and that isn’t an environment that I prefer to be in when wanting a relaxing treatment. My pedicure was so rough I couldn’t focus on anything else. I didn’t have a comfortable experience is what I’m trying to say. I got what I paid for I guess.
