I asked for the dip with almond shaped nails. It was a rocky start, my first tech didn’t quite understand the almond shape. I showed pictures, but it still wasn’t turning out the way the pic looked. So I asked to stop the process. The front receptionist was very helpful and talked me into trying it again with a different tech. He did a great job and gave me the nails I was aiming for. I wish I had caught his name. Tall slender gentleman who sat in the first table on the left.

I found the Nail Lounge by chance when I was driving by and decided to get my first ever pedicure about 4 years ago. I was relieved to see other men already receiving pedicures. The facility is very clean and walk-ins are welcomed. I have had about 6 different technicians but rate Hannah, Bella, and Angel as the top 3. My wife also uses the Nail Lounge and loves the work that Thi Thi (Tee Tee) does. Since I’m a regular (every 3 weeks works for me), I schedule an appointment with Hannah. She is an experienced technician and ALWAYS does a fantastic job. As with basically everything in life, you get what you pay for. I always get their gold package with all the works and its worth every penny. I have also received a sports back massage with Angel. I was thankful that it was a legit, professional deep tissue massage that worked great for me to help recover from gym workouts. Highly recommend!

Critical: ProfessionalismI went In with very simple requests, French toes and photo below for nails… what I got was non matching hands and feet and an environment where you can not speak up for high salon prices. My pedicure was $80 the guy was amazing I know he did not control the price. I went In with very simple requests, French toes and photo below for nails… what I got was non matching hands and feet and an environment where you can not speak up for high salon prices. My pedicure was $80 the guy was amazing I know he did not control the price. I’m not one to be judgmental against the services i receive, but this has got to be the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. I requested french tips using dip powder and temperature changing polish for my toes. I got them done at ANOTHER salon before this trip and they came out so well.

It’s called “Luzor Nails now. I went inside. Told them that I wanted a mani/pedi. The lady told me to “pick my colors”.She left a never came back. I was TOTALLY IGNORED BY EVERY staff member…including the male nail technician. He walked right by me, NOBODY even talked to me!!! I stood there for 5 minutes and none of the employees even SPOKE to me!! The lady that I originally talked to, she was making drinks for other customers and then disappeared into the back room. I finally decided that I was not going to get ANY help. I told a man technician that I was leaving because I was tired of being ignored. Apparently they didn’t care because NOBODY said ANYTHING TO ME as I walked out the door. It’s NOT LIKE THEY WERE BUSY. There was 1 person getting a pedicure and 2 people paid for their services and left…ALL WHILE I WAS THERE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL FRIENDS NOT TO GO THERE EITHER!!!!!

Been going to nails lounge for years. Angie is the best. She’s so nice, always gets me what I want, when I show her a picture she replicates it with ease. They have fair prices, the drinks are good, and the service is great every time I go. It’s worth it if you go!

Ruby did a fabulous job on my pedicure and then did my nails just as great! These are already a week old and look brand new! She also managed to make my broken crooked finger and nail line up nicely with the other fingernails!

Today I took my daughters my oldest 6 and youngest 1 to the nail salon with me. I was surprising my oldest with getting her nails done with me. The girls doing our nails were beyond the sweetest. Towards the end my youngest started getting fussy for the nail salon tech gave her, her personal phone to watch videos on! It was the sweetest thing ever. I believe her name was Lucy, but she is my new favorite and it was such a wonderful experience!

The gentleman then got up in the middle of glueing on tips and fixed another customers nail, walked around for another 10-15 mins until he finally worked on my nails, and completely rushed at that. Never compared lengths on both hands, some nails are longer than the other. Left red stains all over hands and fingers.
