Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAmy did a great job with my nails. She took her time and was very detailed. The prices are reasonable and they are very punctual. I scheduled for 1 pm appointment and by 1:03 pm, I was taken back to the technician area. This shop is really clean when compared to other salons in the area. I’ve uses these people once or twice and they got the job done. The last 2 times I’ve tried to utilize them they are very rude and I’ll be polite and say biased. They don’t talk to you right. I’m black and they sit from their chairs and yell across the room what do you need? , oh we are busy!! And they are clearly not. For the whites they walk up to them

Beautiful clean place and friendly nail technicians. I wasn’t too happy having my manicure and pedicure at the same pedicure chair station it was very uncomfortable. The next day my nail polish was all chip. I believe they can do better with not warming to much the cream Massaje.

My last visit here. Please forgive my man hands and troll feet but wanted everyone to see what I spent $47 on today…a basic mani/pedi that looks better when I do it myself. I was in and out of the salon in under 45 minutes (and that includes 10 minutes of dryer time)…should pampering be rushed? I wasn’t expecting miracles but the polish job was rushed, one coat, and sloppy. There is little to no massaging, scrubbing, or removing dead skin in either the mani or pedi. She complained several times about how short I keep my nails and seemed irritated that I wasn’t getting gel color. I left the salon unhappy and less relaxed than when I walked in.

To my surprise, there was a new employee, Mango, and he absolutely outdid himself!!! I HIGHLY recommend seeing him. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he is very aware of style and can guide you with decisions. I completely changed what I was originally going to do, and I cannot be happier. I have been going here for years and am always satisfied. After school let out (I am a teacher) I took some time off because I was staying home. However, I am going on a trip, so I went back to get a full set and pedi today. To my surprise, there was a new employee, Mango, and he absolutely outdid himself!!! I HIGHLY recommend seeing him. Went there earlier today to get a pedicure. When I walked in I told the lady that I would like a basic pedicure. The times I have gotten my toes done before the gel polish always chips or falls off. The lady would NOT allow me to get the regular pedicure. I guess I looked too flamboyant to get that service. She charged me $20 for two acrylic toes, $15 for gel, $45 for the pedicure (I didn’t want), and $5 to take off half of the gel polish I had left on my toes. ($85) Ok fine. She showed me on her phone calculator how much it was going to be. After I said ok several times, she shoved the phone in my face to make sure the price was ok. After some time had passed more women getting pedicures came in. No one was treated with the rudeness and the bluntness as I was. I am a 21 year old black female and all of the other women were white. The other technicians did not try to upsell any of the other women. However some of the conversations they were having were inappropriate. The pedicure was DEFINITELY NOT memorable in any capacity. The water was cold and it only lasted 25 minutes. It was only that long because she walked away for awhile. There was no communication whatsoever. Oh and by the way they don’t have any wine and fruit. I did leave a tip for her “time” however. I know the value of money unlike this salon.

Was on tight schedule and spoke with my technician a few days before my scheduled appt when I got to my appt on time, my technician was starting a pedicure w/someone else. I told the owner I really need to be on time for my scheduled appt, After many times of the owner telling me just a few minutes to wait, 20 minutes later I went back to the owner and said I’d have to leave. She said “I’m trying to help you with your problem”. Really!!! I don’t go there anymore! Luckily I was able to find a walk in at another place that was able to do my fill only before I left on a plane in 4 hours for a 3 week trip in africa
