I made an appointment for a 1 pm manicure and a pedicure on Saturday December 17, 2022. Arriving at 1 pm, I was taken to a pedicure chair at 1:15pm. Ok, it’s the holidays, but I did have an appointment. There I sat for another 15 minutes. The pedicure was ok, the polish job was not great. Then I sat for another 30 minutes. During this time I witnessed several customers with and without appointments be told it would be 30 minutes. Then the technician came over to say you can leave and I asked about my manicure. She asked if I could wait another 10 minutes. Are you kidding me? Either take appointments or don’t. When customers show up for their appointments, provide the services that they scheduled. I paid for my pedicure and left. You are losing more customers than keeping when you treat people like this. Build a base of loyal customers and you will be in business for a lifetime!

I really tried to give this new salon a go…made appointments, was well serviced, my regular Tech- Lani left for greener pastures. Things went ok for a bit..but began waiting for owners arrival to work for my appointment. Observed that walk-ins got serviced before me- that’s a deal breaker. On a Tuesday in June, waited for my tech for 45 minutes, ( Two coffee cups were placed in front of me with straight acetone, told to “ soak”) when the owner arrived I was then was rushed as if it was my fault… sorry. I hope the walk- ins keep the business afloat…..if not I hope the feedback is valuable….Best of luck Amy….

horrible horrible horrible i called to ask if they could take me and my mom we drove all the way to hampton and we live in seabrook we walk in and the young girl tells us she said she couldn’t take us when we called she told us to come on in so incredibly rude also when we walked in she told us they were closed it was 6:28 and they close at 7pm then proceeded to take a woman right after we walked out

This is the BEST nail salon I have gone to. Very clean and organized and very friendly. Matching dip, gel, and nail polish options! They pay close attention to detail. Matched my reference picture to a T. My picture does not do them justice. I stuck at taking pictures

I’m honestly surprised at the high rating this place has. I went there today to get dip on my nails for a wedding. I think the owner was the one who did it for me. She was YELLING to the other employees the whole time and looking everywhere except at my hands. That’s pretty unsettling when someone is using a DRILL on your nails. I looked down before she applied the top coat and the cuticle line was staggered – not a clean paint job AT ALL. I told her I needed it evened out and she started blaming my cuticles for being uncut… well I came here to have you fix them didn’t I??? She started shaking her head and mumbling to herself in a language I didn’t understand. The whole experience was so uncomfortable and not worth the money. I didn’t feel like a customer, I felt like a burden for even coming in. I will NEVER go back to this place. I was left with lumpy uneven nails that I now have to pay to get fixed somewhere else.
