Everyone is amazing and Lein makes everyone feel welcome. I would definitely recommend the nail center for everyone. I have been coming to the Nail Center for 4 years now! Lien the owner has always been good to me. They take the time to get the know your and what you like. I get the bio gel on my nails, and they always look great! I get many compliments on them! On the rare occasion when my nail chips or starts peeling off they always fix them for me with no charge! Highly recommend!

I came here because my mom in law goes to this place and she recommended. Everything was good up until I told the nail tech I only wanted a change in my gel nail set for hands, no manicure. Pauline was immediately rude, rushing me to sit down and insisted on so many other things, flower, different type of powder rather than gel. I told her kindly no thank you over and over again. I didn’t appreciate the rudeness or push on products. Afterwards I wanted to leave a tip but they said their machine doesn’t allow tips and that I had to pull out money from there atm and so Since I had a bad experience I wasn’t willing to pay a fee to pull out money. She then said “oh I can take your tip it’s ok” machine does take tips that’s ok. I did not argue, but assure you I will not be going back.

I really hate leaving reviews likes this, especially for businesses with really nice workers, but Im really upset with how my nails turned out. I thought I should try a new salon and ended up paying more than I usually ever do for nails ($80) and with only a small design and one color. I had 2 broken nails which were replaced and have both fallen off within 5 days of getting my nails done (my nails usually last about 3 weeks) they were very curled and I would have gotten them replaced at my next appointment at a different place anyway. I’ve gone back 3 times already and I unfortunately don’t have the time to go back a 4th time to get the nail that fell off yesterday replaced. My entire fill I was in so much pain, they were very rough with my nails, but did at least try to make it better, either way, nobody should be in pain from getting an acrylic fill. My top coat has already chipped off and my nails are very uneven. I can’t wait until I need another fill and can try somewhere new. It’s unfortunate because the workers are very nice.

I work with my hands and am brutal on acrylics, but these are always done so well I never worry about a broken nail! Good prices, always busy but they still accept walk-ins with a short wait time, if any at all. Angie did my nails last time and now she is my favorite one there for acrylics and gels. She does amazing nail designs and is willing to try any design you show her. I requested a really complicated design with multiple colors, showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she made a few suggestions that she thought would look better and my nails came out great. She made sure I was happy and comfortable every step of the way and had no problem making any changes I requested. I plan on going back to her every time in the future. I also took my grandma and aunt in at the same time for acrylic gels and we were all worked on right away and at the same time even though they were busy and we were walk-ins. And their nails came out great as well, so everyone there is highly qualified and does really good work. This place is by far my favorite nail salon in Simi, and is the only place I will go to get them done. I’ve had pedicures there in the past too and have always been happy with the quality of work done.

Zen atmosphere. Sounds of birds, babbling brook and mood music followed by the crew of nail care experts which greeted you with a “hello” and a smile. Even with their masks on, you saw it in their eyes.Very pleasant experience.

I’ve only gone here once but I had a GREAT experience, even though I forgot to make an appointment they took me right away. My nails ended up exactly how I wanted them after having bad experiences getting acrylics at other salons in Simi Valley. Lien did my nails wonderfully and I will definitely be coming to her regularly.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the nail technician that did my nails. I asked for black gel acrylic nails coffin shaped and received a set of nails that were all different shapes. My nails also weren’t completely dry when I was told by the technician that he was done, which resulted in smudges and indentations on my nails. I had them fix it which they were happy to do but still left unsatisfied at the quality of his work. Not worth the money.
