I went to get my nails done as I’m in town for the summer. I ended up getting Helen to do them last week and she was fantastic! I got a full set with white tips and just clear acrylic on top. They look so good! Will definitely be coming back.

Positive: Professionalism, PunctualityCalled today to see could I get a fill in. I was told come on in! When I arrived they were moderately busy, but immediately got to working on me upon my arrival. I soaked old acrylic off, when that was done Lee immediately started my nails. He checked all the boxes, shape, length, color, and not so thick! Called today to see could I get a fill in. I was told come on in! When I arrived they were moderately busy, but immediately got to working on me upon my arrival. I soaked old acrylic off, when that was done Lee immediately started my nails. He checked all the boxes, shape, length, color, and not so thick! Definitely will be returning.

Just got my nails done a day ago… it chipped within 24 hours. I went in to get it fixed 20 mins before close and they refused to service me… had already moped the floor and due to the 4th of July (which is tomorrow/Monday) they aren’t going to be open until WEDNESDAY (not sure why they would also be closed Tuesday)…. The woman was not helpful and very dismissive and chuckled and said come back Wednesday. Completely unacceptable. Will not be back and I come weekly here.

I was skeptical about this place at first and have been twice. Both times I had my nails filled. Lee was was great I told him and showed him a photo of what I wanted and he created an amazing Black Matte with silver cat eye effect. Everyone was nice and polite as well. I’m planning on returning and getting a pedicure as well.

Today, I received a gel overlay manicure and I’m satisfied with the end results aside from minor issues. However, the lack of cleanliness from the nail technician was concerning. I believe he was suffering from allergies evident by the small coughs, which is understandable, so no reason to fret about that. Plus, he had a mask on. But scratching your face?? I shouldn’t have to tell you to wash or sanitize your hands, as a professional you should adhere to a very high level of sanitation and cleanliness. I won’t be returning for this very matter.

If you come after 4pm, they will rush your service with sub par results. Not only was the tech rough with the pedicure and hurt me multiple times, they also tried to over charge me $5 for a callus remover that I didn’t have.
