Terrible hygiene. Dipped customer nails directly into powder pots. Puts every customer after that at risk for acquiring nail fungus or worse. Also refused me an appt when I tried to get a nail job I was dissatisfied with corrected. If you don’t come in with bare nails, you’re treated like trash. Need to bring the ego down a few notches and practice grace and empathy.
