I am not one to write reviews of anywhere because I work in the service industry and completely understand what goes on behind the scenes. However, I went here today and had coco to do my manicure and pedicure she was extremely nice but this was sadly the worst manicure I’ve ever received. First of all I got the milk and honey pedicure which mentioned a 10 minute reflexology massage. The massage was anything but reflexology it was basically as if she was just rubbing my legs instead of any sort of massage but I tried to remain positive and wasn’t upset. Then she began my nails where my finger tips were not soaked at all before ripping my cuticles out of my fingers it hurt and any time I’ve gotten a manicure before my nails have been soaked. Then she filed my nails where not one single nail is even with the other one my nails are pretty short and didn’t have any problem making them shorter but I expect them to be the slightest bit even with the other nails. I asked her to fix one finger with the level and she made it even worse. I tipped 20% of my service as I do not believe in tipping anything less but I am so extremely disappointed and upset over my experience. Not to mention there were 3 other employees standing behind coco for the entire duration of my manicure making faces of confusion I can only think that it was because she was taking off my acrylic nails with a business card. I will never be returning and would like a refund for my manicure service as it was an absolute waste of time and money.

COMPLETELY MORTIFIED. I get a pedicure every two weeks. Several visits ago, my toe had a callus after completeing a walking challenge. This time (I’ve had pedicures since) I walked in and two workers began talking about me. Suddenly THE ENTIRE STUDIO of workers was looking at me; as I didn’t understand (not in English) and they did. I was terribly embarassed. I started to leave, but the host at the front desk assured me it was something she had done that they were discussing. When I sat down my pedicurist (she was always nice to me in the past with very, very short hair) said “I’m not doing your callus. That is a different appointment.” I didn’t understand because I don’t think I have a callus. I get pedicures every two weeks and had several since my walking challenge. My toes are fine (LOL!) but clearly left an impression on this worker! It felt horrible and made me embarassed and sad!

Really loved my experience here. Got a dip powder manicure by Terry which came out beautifully and a white tea pedicure which was super pampering and relaxing and my lashes done by Sarah. Definitely worth it. They all did a fantastic job and being a makeup artist who works in the beauty industry I really loved that it wasn’t rushed and every tool was sanitized and super neat and organized. Definitely give them a try.

I gave them a challenging experience removing a disaster nail job I got on vacation. They handled this very professionally. Fiona and a gentleman that was there removed those nails and repaired my own nail bed to their best ability and did a fantastic job. I was blown away with the experience. They give you a mini massage while getting your nails done, they dip your hands in this moisturizing wax at the end too which I never had before. The nail studio is extremely clean and well polished. They are all professionals that blew me away. It was no easy task but my nails turned out better than expected and they did it all in a reasonable time too! Highly recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely be back.

This was my first time coming to The Nail Studio and I must say they are the best nail shop I’ve ever been to around the area. The shop is very contemporary and clean. The owner always checking on customers that if they need something else as they are getting their nails done. They have a wide range of gel colors, and everyone is very polite and personable. I’d highly recommend a manicure here and you should definitely give a try. Jane did a great job for my gel nail.

I’ve gone several times and the service has generally been great, but there have also been times (like today) when it feels very rushed. I’d made an appointment, then the tech seemed annoyed I did not want the surface of my nails filed before a gel manicure. It’s very clean and I love that they don’t re-use files and buffers, but each new visit makes me wonder if they’re overwhelmed by the volume of customers.

Terrible service. My sister took me for a manicure and pedicure for my birthday yesterday. The lady didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut, just began cutting, and I had to ask her to fully remove my red polish off my toes. Then she walked me over for manicure with thick gray powder and lotion caked on back of my legs. I had to request she wipe it off. Once the manicure was done I went to put on my shoes to find my foot still rough. She didn’t scrub bottom of foot well. The management said they would do it in 10 minutes and sent same girl to do it again. My sister paid a substantial amount and was totally embarrassed. Apologizing over and over as she saw the while thing and was upset. To make matters worse the manager Says the girl did the best job she could. If that’s their best they will not be in business much longer. I will never ever return or recommend.
