One star for Helen and second star for effort. I came here not wanting to drive down to The Valley… they seated me right away, that was nice, I waited but I didn’t mind because I was getting a massage. Helen was gentle with my feet and convinced to get a different color from what I initially requested. It turned out so good I was happy she did! The manicure tech was a bit sloppy for my taste but still this was not a deal breaker for me!

I took my niece in here to get a Mani – Pedi for her birthday and told them that I wanted a 10 minute foot massage while I wait for her. Three other people came in after me and they lied and said that one person had an appointment which I know they didn’t. My niece was done with her Mani-Pedi and I still have yet not received my foot massage . I will never come back here again. They don’t even deserve the one star. Just terrible I was here at 9:30 in the morning so one was really even here.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to go get my acrylics removed thinking it would be done professionally, where they would file down your nails and wrap them in tin foil, etc. But no, they use nail tips and dig under the acrylic to claw off the acrylic nail. Then the lady has the audacity to tell me my nails are thin when she was practically ripping my nails off. This damaged my nails and at the end of the day whatever was left of my actual nail started breaking and caused them to bleed. I went to go get my acrylics removed thinking it would be done professionally, where they would file down your nails and wrap them in tin foil, etc. But no, they use nail tips and dig under the acrylic to claw off the acrylic nail. Then the lady has the audacity to tell me my nails are thin when she was practically ripping my nails off. My first time here today based on the 5 star review, but not impressed at all. The girl who did my nails was very fast, used hardly any acrylic on my fills and paid very little attention to detail.. I’ve been to Beauty Secrets Nail Salon and would definitely recommend them instead.

I was a walk in. I had about a 10 minute wait. I got refill with a gell polish. After she finished the fill i started to notice that my fingers were start too tingling feeling never happened before. Then nail color wasn’t even close what was in the book it was suppose to be a lite pink with a lite glitter but when painted my nails looked orange with glitter. But it was still kinda cute. Sorry I Won’t be back..

I have been coming here with my daughter (who is now 8) for several years. Today, I decided to bring my 9 month old along… I couldn’t find anyone to watch her and had to get my nails and eyebrows done for a big work event, so I just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Not only did they do a beautiful job on our nails and my eyebrows, as usual, but when my baby started fussing, they rocked her in her stroller and THEN pushed her up and down the aisle in her stroller until she fell asleep so I could finish getting my nails done Faith in humanity restored, today. Thank you so much for helping me out instead of shunning me for bringing a baby to a nail salon. They had a smile on their faces and were asking me about the girls the whole time, and actually seemed to enjoy that I brought the kids along. I couldn’t believe it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Now I have all that checked off my list and I can go to my work event looking like a human instead of a worn out Mommy.

I have been going to this salon for 12 years. Yesterday worst pedicure ever. Never saw this lady before must be new. Very rude, very rough. My toe still hurts today. My heels feel rough. Polish looks like only one coat on some! Did not do my cuticles. I might as well done then myself for 31.00. Worst of all she did not open the package using sterile clippers etc. hope I don’t get someone’s foot fungus. The she waxed me and took 30 seconds and I went home with wax on my face. I did tip her but if I ever go there again I will not allow her to to do my pedicure. Very disappointed.
