Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst time going there the only reason why I went was because they were open early, earlier than most places. I feel they just rushed through the whole service I got a manicure and pedicure as soon as they were done they put my sandals on and walked me to the register, I got in my car and the color on my toes was already smudged I went back in and had them redo it. I got a gel manicure and supposedly color would last me 2 to 3 weeks it didn’t even last me 1 week when the color was already cracking and peeling.. I’ve gone to other nail salons before and this is by far the worst one other colors have stayed on way longer, not this one. My toes same thing with the color the color is already coming off I can see the clear of my actual toenails. My wife always goes to see Cindy for eyebrow waxing. Very fast and efficient. Staff is so nice. Pricing is fair and you can pay cash or card(for a fee). All tips do need to be cash though. That’s the only inconvenience.

This place is loosing it’s touch. The owner has a new nail shop and is neglecting “the nail spa”. If you do end up here I recommend Cindy! She is good at doing nails and even better with ingrown toenails. Please don’t let the other women work on your ingrown. They will cut the nail without getting the entire side out and if you have ever had an ingrown toenail you know what I mean and how bad it hurts. Cindy might hurt you a bit but she will definitely relieve you from that ingrown. Call to make appointment with Cindy, she is usually busy. I’ve been going to Cindy for 4 years. She does both my nails and pedicure. The only alternative would be Tammy she does good nails. I hope this helps. I would give this place 3.5 stars but it doesn’t let me.
