The Nail Spa is not a nail salon that I would recommend. The technicians are highly incompetent and ill-mannered. To elaborate, On Friday, December 23rd, 2022, I visited the nail spa to get a manicure and pedicure. After entering the business, I was greeted and asked what service I would like. I told the technicians that I would like a manicure and pedicure. I was asked if I had an appointment and my response was no. I asked if I needed one and was told that it was preferred. The technicians then went on to schedule my appointment which seemed like a hassle as they were having issues understanding their schedule which resulted in me waiting for 5 minutes just to get an appointment scheduled. Finally, one of the technicians told me that I could make an appointment for the following day at 10 am.

Scheduled an appointment for 2pm for gel polish change (30 min appt.) sat for over 20 minutes without being spoke to only once, (not telling me it’s a wait or anything). Critical: Professionalism, ValuePrice is ridiculous who in the hell charges $30 just for jel polish I always get Gel polish at establishments way better and the polish by itself with no other services is not $30. No manicure or pedicure and it was $53 they out their minds. I’ll never ever go back there. Prices are unreasonable.
