Let me start by saying Melinda is AMAZING. I came to her with a MESS of nails from a terrible salon in Portland two days before my wedding. She looked at the picture I showed her of what I wanted and said yup I got you! She made me feel so comfortable and fixed the disaster that was my nails. She is truly a talented nail tech and I cannot wait to continue going back to her!

This was my first visit to The Nail Spa. They confirmed my pedicure appointment, then the day of my appointment they asked to reschedule because they didn’t realize they had a conflict with my appointment. They didn’t offer me anything the same day of my appointment I had to wait several days to get in. Then I also scheduled my daughters nails to get done for her first day of 7th grade. She got gel polish and within a few hours her thumb nail started to lift. called and asked to have the one nail fixed, they scheduled an appointment. We show up for that appointment and they said “oh I’m sorry your appointment has been rescheduled” no phone call or text. She said you’re appointment is tomorrow so we left and show up the next day at the scheduled time and the salon was closed and no one was around. I called and left a message asking why no one was there when my daughters appointment was scheduled. I never got a call back to explain why her appointment was never honored. I’m completely disappointed with this business. My daughters nail never got fixed and I never heard back from the business. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend!

The person who did my nails was not certified. She did not cut my cuticles. She did a strange thick’s layer on some of the nails. I paid for gel and the nail polish fell off after two days. I will never go back there. Manicure
