I gave this place so many chances. The people that work here are nice, I’ll give them that. I had a 9:15am appointment and didn’t leave the salon until after 1pm. I wish I could say it was because of the quality that it took so long, but that wasn’t the case. The woman doing my pedicure was very rough and kept hurting me numerous times. The polish looks so awful. I pointed it out to her and they did not bother to fix it. I also sat for 45 mins post pedicure for my dip to be wrapped. The man doing my nails was okay but I had to keep telling him that I did not like the shape. If a business is going to take up you’re whole day the quality should be on point.

My friend went here to get her prom nails and she had called and made an appointment for 5:00 they did not start with her until 6:30 and then continued to rush her PROM nails. And claimed there was nothing they could do because they closed at 7. It was their fault she didn’t start until 6:30 and had an appointment for 5 . The nails are very uneven and the paint job is terrible. Just to let you know you guys ruined my friends prom nails completely please DO NOT GO HERE FOR PROM NAILS. As you can see from the photos they look very rushed and not what she asked for.

I had a great experience! I’ve been to a lot of nail techs in my time and had lots of mediocre and poor experiences. The gentleman that took care of me today was gentle and skilled. Lots of times you’ll feel rushed in a nail salon because they’re just so busy, especially around holidays. That didn’t happen here. I’m so happy about my nails and can’t wait to go back for a fill and pick another super sparkly color! Thank you for the awesome service.

I am new to town and have been looking for a new nail salon. I tried one place, but they rushed my visit so quickly I did not feel relaxed. Additionally, the nail tech cut my toe causing it to bleed, but barely slowed down to attend to the injury she created. Another salon refused me because I didn’t have an appointment nor did they offer to make one. Finally, I easily booked an online appointment with The Nail Spa and was so pleasantly surprised at the excellent service they provided. All staff were very pleasant and welcoming. My nail tech took his time with my manicure & pedicure and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I will definitely be going back!!!

I’ve been here twice and have yet to be disappointed. I got a dip manicure first that lasted more than a month. It would’ve lasted longer but the length was getting out of control. I did a gel manicure this time and their attention to detail was unmatched. I got a speciality gel (cat eye) and I LOVE it. I can’t wait to come back and try something new!
