This is now Han Nails Salon it is under new management. I have had my nails done by Helen she does a good job and charges fairly.. I was going to another place thinking I was saving but was watching the lady use same gloves, not disinfecting, here at Han Nails salon they are pretty clean this is my new place. I also used to go here with prior 2 owners and the last one not so good but new owner 2021 is awesome.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came to get a pedicure done yesterday. I told the girl I wanted French tip gel tip. Knowing I know it’s extra for both. She came back and told me it will be a total of $15 extra for everything. A total of $45. When I went to pay she charged my card $60 the manager that sits in the first chair long black hair I asked her where did the additional money come from and she said that’s how much it is I explained to her what the girl who did my toes said total of $45 and she said okay and made the girl give me $10 back from her own tip money. Then today I see my account and they charged me a total of $72. I go in and ask about it she instantly starts yelling at me and saying it my bank and not them and she told the customer she was doing a manicure on to go to someone else the lady was confused and asked her why I want you to do them you said over the phone you will do them. And she yelled at the customer and told her to go to their other station that she is not taking care of her anymore and the lady continued to ask but why and the worker said because I said so. This is such a poor managed nail salon. I have been to many but this has far been the worst. She yelled at two people and denied to show me the receipt of my transaction and what she charged my card. I’ve been coming here for some time now, and today I have very disappointed. I’ve always had the same two people do my nails or pedicures. It took over two hours to do my pedicure, and they charged me way over the price I normally pay. They don’t look good at all, and I’m not sure if I will be coming back. I let the lady know that I get acrylic on some of my toes and she told me it was fine and I’m paying for a service so I told them if I can’t get what I need I will go somewhere else. She rushed to do the acrylic and said she had to leave somewhere. The guy spent over two hours doing my pedicure and they aren’t great at all. This is just ridiculous. Terrible customer service and experience it breaks my heart that this happened.

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done! I would never go back there they had the worst costumer service and were overall just very rude. The pedicures are way over priced for no reason when they aren’t very good and the pedicurist don’t spend very much time on it. The acrylic prices were constantly changing even after I was quoted a price over the phone and they didn’t have very many colors to choose from. While the guy was actually doing my nails he cut me and then came up with an excuse instead of apologizing and then started complaining about how many coats of this color he had to put on. I felt very unwelcome and didn’t enjoy this experience at all. All of the same issues happened with other manicurists and pedicurists to my friend who was with me so it’s not just one or two people it is the whole shop. Don’t waste your money here not worth the experience.

There is now a new owner with the Nail Shoppe LV. Her name is Bonnie. She’s done nails for 24 years and came to Henderson from Orange County, Southern California. She’s wonderful. I was worried when Victoria sold the business. Was I going to have to find someone new? After having Bonnie do my nails today, I’m staying with her.

Unfortunately, despite the decent reviews from other people, I had the worst pedicure ever. It was clear that the woman (Bonnie, I think) did not want to work on me. I came in for callouses removal and she never touched them. She was done in under 10 minutes and asked for a tip at the end. Terrible experience. I will never go there again.

I got my nails done on Wednesday by Victoria and I could not possibly be more happy! The salon was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere! I love the hand painted design I got and the cold waters as a gesture of kindnesss were truly appreciated! Next time I will get my toes done too! Definitely found my nail place!!

I used to go to this nail salon regularly when it was under either different owner or management, not sure but the point is that I went there under new staff and was not happy at all. my daughter was quoted a certain price for a full set , but once I got in to actually get the nails done, all of a sudden the price went up by like $20. so I decided for a different design for less money. the gentleman that did my nails messed up on the polish, so he had to take it off and another girl had to start over, originally she had quoted me with rhinestones, once she was done polishing she said if I wanted rhinestones it would be an extra $5. Ridiculous and not worth the price. I don’t recommend this place anymore!

We love Victoria and all her staff. I take my 9 year old at least once a month and Anna is fabulous with him. The prices are great and customer service is always wonderful!
