To my Neighbors and My Community…..just FYI….I just had a pedicure with Bao at the Nail shop. Extremely Unprofessional work. Polish left on skin, left side toe nails left longer than right side. Nails are trimmed on an angle, nothing uniform about this work. I would never, ever, ever return to this place. I explained this situation to the owner and his response was you will have to pay for a second pedicure. They simply do not stand behind their work. When you pay top dollar, you expect top quality, not this for sure. This quality is unacceptable to me….

Got my toes done. They are super pricey so I wouldn’t recommend. I got my 3 yr old toes painted & cut. The guy who did mine toes was great & even gave some of my foot sugar & lotion to my daughter when I asked how much to cut & paint her toes, I believe it was the owner he said 10 bucks I still did hers but I was thinking maybe 5 bucks for cut & polish so thinking in my head there goes his tip. After checking out, they didn’t charge me & full tip went to the guy that was amazing to my daughter. Won’t be going back tho prices are outrageous.

I went to this shop and requested a pedicure after I decided to get a manicure. I need to pay for them separately because one of my services was a gift from another person. I advised that I would tip separately 5.00 each. The owner/Manger told me that I had to pay a 2 dollar service charge to pay with two cards. Moral of the story 2.00 service charge was more important then a 10.00 tip, so they received neither. I will never go back and thanks for showing me how you feel about my business.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI went yesterday to get a manicure and pedicure. The guy doing it did mention he was new but I didn’t mind. I had a number 2 pedicure which includes exfoliating. Late last night my right foot started itching and I didn’t think much of it until I woke up this morning and it looked terrible with red dots and extremely itchy and painful to stand on. It goes without saying that I won’t be coming back nor would I recommend anyone to go back. I went yesterday to get a manicure and pedicure. The guy doing it did mention he was new but I didn’t mind. I had a number 2 pedicure which includes exfoliating. Late last night my right foot started itching and I didn’t think much of it until I woke up this morning and it looked terrible with red dots and extremely itchy and painful to stand on.
