Normally they do such a great job, so I was extremely disappointed this time. The woman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job, but the woman who did my manicure did a terrible job. The girls were nice, and my pedicure was fine, but they didn’t do a good job on my nails, and on top of that, it hurt. They didn’t soak my fingertips or put on any lotion or anything prior to working on my cuticles, so as you can imagine, it did not feel nice at all. My nails looked messy and took forever to dry (I think it was the amount of polish that was used). I got impatient and left after 45 mins waiting for them to dry and ended up ruining every single nail. I took it all off and did it again myself, and it looked better.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey place was nice and modern which was nice but they had so much different stuff going on the workers couldn’t do much work because they had their kids at work and was too busy texting or talking on the phone so had to take breaks for their phones. It took three hours to get a full set and four of the tips came off before the next day. The nails weren’t even and looked like a beginner did them!! They place was nice and modern which was nice but they had so much different stuff going on the workers couldn’t do much work because they had their kids at work and was too busy texting or talking on the phone so had to take breaks for their phones. The women at The Nail Shop are some of the friendliest and most welcoming salon personnel I’ve met! They are great at what they do and finish the work in a timely manner. The gel manicures last an incredibly long time and I am always happy with the end result. The women are so helpful in picking out colors and make sure you are 110% happy before moving forward. Very reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere. I will definitely continue to use their services!

Everything was nice until I got my nails done. Michelle did an awful job. Three nails had already broken before adding the powder. She were just filling and rushing due to an appointment arrival. Not to mention she hurt my hand and still charged me $85. All I wanted was my feet done regular polish full set glue polish I was told $65 before starting and when she got finish it was $85. I was done getting my nails and foot did at 12 how about 7:15 that night foot totally messed up. A totally waste of money. Everybody one their phone too much. Slow as ever. Never again will I visit. Prices too high for every they be doing.. Getting your nails and feet should not take 3 hours. With the long time getting my hands done its impossible for my foot to look the way they do now.
