DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! I’m visiting from out of town and came in with SNS dip that has lasted me a month and a half! I got my nails done on Saturday 6/25 and within a day the dip was breaking. The color was uneven and patchy AND I got cuts on 4 fingers. I was so disappointed looking at my nails yesterday Monday 6/27 and decided to walk in and ask for a refund AND show them how my nails looked. The owner refused to give me a refund and said the color looked uneven because “it’s a light color”. She only offered to re-do the nails where the SNS was cracking. I came in this morning 6/28 and asked to simply get this dip removed because I clearly do not trust them to do my nails, don’t want more cuts, and I’m not happy with the service I paid $55 for. I again asked for a refund and she refused, I got yelled at by another employee for not calling on Sunday instead of Monday and was told the SNS breaking was my fault that I was probably “working”. I showed her my license to prove that I am literally on vacation, not doing any hard “work” with my nails and this is a result of a job not done well. I walked out very disappointed and frustrated, with bare nails and $55 down the drain. My advice, avoid this place.

My first couple of times were nice but the last two/three times have been a disaster. The owner is so so so rude and talks to you like you just came out of the cave and smiles and laughs while she is doing it. Also, she did my nails once and cut me so bad I was bleeding and she pretended nothing was happening. If you do adventure to this place ask for Myra. She is great. Good luck and my the odds be in your favor.

This place is a hit or miss. I just moved to the area from a different state and I found this local spot. The inside of the salon looks super nice and clean. The staffing seems inconsistent — I’ve visited a few times and it seems like there are new pedicure workers every time. I personally like to be consistent on who’s doing my nails but I can’t keep up. Anyways I originally wanted SNS dip, the staff convinced me to try the UV gel. I really like it so far. I tried to be bold trying designs but the nail tech isn’t that great at nail designs. One time it came out the next time it didn’t. They do a good job at standard nail colors (non design). The shop is also a little pricey in my opinion. I’ll continue to come here.
