Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had Luminary Gels done. Caden was very kind and gentle. Nails look great, I have huge nail beds that are hard to work with and I’m normally leave pretty unsatisfied with traditional salons but she paid attention to details.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCaden is a decent nail tech but horrible at running a business and customer service. The first problem I had is that she forgot to put a top coat on one of my nails before I left for vacation, so the next day the chrome color I had chosen was completely gone off that nail. I told her what happened and she only offered to fix them, knowing I was out of town and that would not be possible, but I gave her another chance and went back.Then, a few months later, my nail color is almost gone off of all of my nails the day after I get them done. I assume a different/wrong topcoat. When I told her about them, she again offered to fix them at an impossible time. She wanted me to come in at 8:30 in the morning when she knows I can never do mornings. I can only come in in the afternoons. So she has a habit of messing up and “offering” to fix something at only her convenience that she knows is not possible.On top of all of that, today I had an appointment with her. When I woke up I had pain from an infection where I had a wisdom tooth removed last week. I let her know immediately and she said it’s okay. This evening my card was charged a cancellation fee. She didn’t even bother to tell me that would happen when I talked to her earlier in the day. Not to mention she stored my credit card information without my consent. When I politely asked her about it she said it was “only fair” because I didn’t give a 24 hour notice. Like that was possible. As a customer that always shows up for her appointment aside from this one emergency, and always tips well, I think I deserve better treatment than that. Would’ve probably given 3 stars if she refunded the money when I asked about it, but was instead just rude.Overall her customer service is awful, her prices are ridiculous for what you get, but if she remembers everything, your nails will look alright when you leave. The first problem I had is that she forgot to put a top coat on one of my nails before I left for vacation, so the next day the chrome color I had chosen was completely gone off that nail.
