Everyone is so nice, I’ve always been seen on time and they practice excellent covid precautions. I’ve had dip powder manicures elsewhere that have destroyed my cuticles or were too thick but Visal makes it perfectly delicate and my cuticles are all intact and treated with care. This place is my absolute favorite nail salon! Everyone is so nice, I’ve always been seen on time and they practice excellent covid precautions. I’ve had dip powder manicures elsewhere that have destroyed my cuticles or were too thick but Visal makes it perfectly delicate and my cuticles are all intact and treated with care. I’ve had work done here before and it was alright. Today I booked a deluxe pedicure to treat myself. I should have saved my time and money because it was stressful. The girl was talking to me almost the entire time I was there. I was polite but did not want to have small talk, I wanted to relax. At one point I said to her “I’m taking a mental break and enjoying my phone” but that did not stop her. She kept forcing small talk because she knew we’d gotten off to a bad start. She asked me if I wanted my nails clipped or filed. I said clipped please because I rock climb and because it’s my preference. I have NEVER had a nail tech take issue with this. She clipped part of my big toe jagged and then when I said please keep going she said “that’s ok.” I was like….I’m asking you to please cut this. Then she says she’s not comfortable cutting that close to the skin (it was not that close) so I literally asked to do it myself so it wouldn’t be crooked and she allowed this. Just wild. I think she might need additional training and respect a customer’s polite request as they are the ones paying for the service. I won’t be back.

Have been here twice before and thought it was pricey, but good work . Today was my 3rd trip for pedicure and acrylic fill. My tech was with another customer and I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment to start. No apology, didn’t ask me if I wanted to reschedule/had other plans and the worse part, no compensation on the charges. This place charges you 30 percent if you are late, cancel too late or don’t show but thinks nothing of charging you full price if they inconvenience you. Also, the price I was given at online booking turned out to be $45 MORE because I “booked the wrong service”. It also took 2 hours for a pedicure and fill. RIDCULOUS. I won’t be back.

Great experience. I ended up changing to dip manixure at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. Technicians were friendly and customers were in a good mood. I had a pedicure as well and they did a wonderful job. They only accept cash tips or venmo/cashapp, so heads up. If you book online, they save your card details and make checkout very easy. I will definitely be returning.

Nail tech Visal does a great job! He is very detail oriented. I got the dipping powder nails and a pedicure from him twice and they last for weeks. Definitely recommend him! They even accept Venmo as payment which is convenient.

I love the Nail Retreat. The technicians are excellent at what they do as well as friendly and professional. The salon is spotless, and the furnishings and decor are updated regularly.
