Was in a time constraint so I asked them if they could just do a polish change instead of a gel manicure but still charge for the manicure and they gave me the best quickest gel manicure I’ve ever got: I think I was in and out in 20 mins. I even had old gel they needed to soak off . The nails look great, does not look rushed at all. This will definitely be my new nail studio!

The place is not that busy so they take there time that it’s putting me to sleep. There no entertainment like music or tv. I asked for both gel manicure, pedicure and $47 but the price at the end are questionable and expensive. In total I paid $104. I don’t think I want come back here again. I was just curious and see if they’re good that’s why I tried them. I’ll just go back to my usual nail spa at least I only pay around $40-50 for both manicure and pedicure and they do a really good job and they entertain you.

DO NOT COME HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY! I’ve come to this place for awhile now and never had any issues up until a month ago, I got a manicure and a pedicure done and I showed a picture of what I wanted for my nails I asked for acrylic and she gave me gel, I pointed that out and she told me she prefers gel, (but it’s my decision!) and I even chose the $30 pedicure which was the cheapest. I had the worst experience and left in tears because they didn’t do what I asked for my nails and she told me that even though the shape was coffin instead of square (I wanted square) that it’ll change shape once she paints them, then the lady who was doing my feet was so rude and rough with my feet that I was in pain the whole time and she would grab my feet and complain when I tried to make up my mind about the color I wanted for my toes or when I tried to say she was kind of hurting me. It was awful I left feeling cheated out of my money and she was also trying to force me to give a tip which I always do but didn’t want to this time since they were rude to me and didn’t even give me the nails I asked for, I still tried to tip her $5 and she was ungrateful and asked me for more money I’m never going back ever. The whole thing cost me $117, which idk how because I chose the $30 pedicure and I didn’t even ask for gel I wanted acrylic, plus she wanted a big tip, I felt the lady doing my feet got upset with me when I wouldn’t give in to her trying to force me to get the most expensive pedicure. I kept telling her no that I only wanted the $30 pedicure, she gave me attitude the rest of my time there. I even went to another nail salon after to ask if they can help me fix what they did to my nails it was awful. I got scammed please don’t go here.

Came here a while ago. The pedicure lady was so rude she clipped into my toe and I asked her nicely to not do that since she also clipped into my skin and she continued doing it. She then smacked my legs as she was drying them with a towel. As she was filling my nails she kept digging the file into my toes. After all that I just ended up asking her to paint them and she kept ignoring me. Later on I got my eyelashes done and it was a horrible experience. The eyelashes weren’t even stuck to the lash but my eyelid and they were applied with too much glue where it irritated my eye. The eyelash extensions were double stacked into each other making it difficult for when I had to take them off due to the irritation and poking they caused my eye. I’m happy to say I will never be returning here because it’s overpriced and the nail techs and eyelash tech don’t know how to properly apply their material and how to properly treat their clients.

Went In to get a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but i had chosen the $47 pedicure. She asked me if i would like a flower on my big toe. O.K it was cute. When i went to pay she told me it was $70. I chose the $47 pedicure, so I was charged $20 for the design? I guess she didn’t t hear me when I asked that it was $70 instead of $47. I left 10% tip and will never return.

Took my niece to get her nails done. She waited a full hour to get someone to help her. Upon asking for a “MANAGER” The lady asked why. Clearly if I’m asking for manager, I’m not satisfied as a customer. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here, their customer service is the worst I’ve seen so far. No apology was made, no one even bothered to ask if there was anything to make the situation better.

Just a few mins ago..My fiancé and I walked inside this nail shop. We stood in the door way for more than 30 seconds while 5 to 6 staff members just looked and us and didn’t say anything. One staff members looked as if she was going to walk up to us but then sat down at a station and started working on some women’s feet. We then turned around and walked out the door. Once we started walking out that’s when a staff member tried to talk to us. We ended up going across the street to the Luxury Nail Bar where they greeted us as soon as we walk in the door and everyone working there was busy with a customer and was still able to greet us. With everything going on in the world these day. People need to learn to be more kind and respectful with one another. Especially when it comes to a customer that’s coming to your place of business. I hope this experience never happens to anyone else. We will never come to this place again and now will give Luxury Nail Bar across the street our business. Take care of your customer and your customer will take care of you! God bless!!!!!!
