So I remember when they were opening their salon. I relocated to another County which was not an issue but I didn’t go over there because I already work there 5 days a week and I just didn’t want to take up another day to drive over there to get my nails done. Well I finally decided enough is enough I’m going to go and see about getting my feet done because I was in desperate need. Let me just say my weight was really long overdue. When you walk in the environment is so professional and the Ambiance is so relaxing. The design and the ability to get into the self-care mode is very easy. Yes getting your nails and your feet done is part of a self-care regime. The mom did my feet and oh my gosh I felt so renewed. On top of everything else I brought my own lotion and some bath salts from my own product line because I know how my my skin is. Even she said OMG the smell so good because the aroma from my luxuriant Pedi Spa bath and foot salt drop was amazing. She said she loves the feel of the lotion and she said that this would help my feet not to dry out. Little did she know that I made the product specifically for that. So you see one foot under the u v dryer and the other foot on my dashboard a few days later where I hadn’t used any from the day that I got my feet done. Do I recommend them? Highly! I shall return without a doubt.

I went in on Saturday at 5:03 PM as a walk-in. The lady at the front said “we’re closed” as soon as she looked up and saw me even though I was greeting her. I said “oh it said online that you close at 6.” She said “we don’t control what it says online” (even though their website also says they close at 6 on Saturday). So I was looking down at my phone and asked if they were The Nail Place to make sure I was at the right place. She said “yes but I told you we’re closed”. This woman was extremely rude and for no good reason. Why couldn’t she tell me they were closed without being so nasty? She gave me this look like I was dirt. It was unreal. After seeing these reviews, I’m glad I didn’t patronize them. I ended up going to Tip N Toe where I had a wonderful experience!

I went with my sister to get manicures – after her gel mani from the week before from the same salon was peeling – and BOTH our manicures were chipped the next day. To make it worse, they charge WAY more than any other nail salon I’ve visited (outside of Island Day Spa & similar spas) for the same services – nothing special, unique, or different to their approach. The pictures are from Saturday morning, this mani was done Thursday. Simply put, I wouldn’t be back or recommend this spot.
