Critical: QualityI love this place. Everyone is so sweet ,but my nails are absolutely horrible. I walked out of the nail place with nail polish all over my skin on my hands and had to pick it off. My gel was already bumpy and jagged. They are already peeling and I had them done 4 days ago. Very disappointing even though i normally love this place. My friend had a great manicure and loved hers. I love this place. Everyone is so sweet ,but my nails are absolutely horrible. I walked out of the nail place with nail polish all over my skin on my hands and had to pick it off. My gel was already bumpy and jagged. They are already peeling and I had them done 4 days ago. Very disappointing even though i normally love this place. My friend had a great manicure and loved hers. I received a dip manicure and the person who provided the manicure had the dipping product all over my hands and fingers. Then, when I mentioned the increase in price when I went to pay, they tried to deny the increase. And to make matters worse, my dip started chipping in THREE days. I had a full set of acrylic and put on by Tony and was greeted right when I walked in the door and Tony was ready for me as soon as I washed my hands. He did a magnificent job on my nails took the time to make sure they looked right is very talented man and did exactly what I asked him to do. I will be back there for my fills with Tony!

I tried a few in town and have not been happy with the shape and polish done. Decided to check out The Nail Place for my fill-ins. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Mai. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was fun. You can tell that everyone was talented and knew what they were doing. They knew all their customers by name! Thank you Mai for fixing my nails! I have been searching for a nail place since moving here last summer. I tried a few in town and have not been happy with the shape and polish done. Decided to check out The Nail Place for my fill-ins. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Mai. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was fun. After not having my nails done in 7 months since moving to NC I tried this place based off a recommendation and I am so GLAD I did. I has the most AMAZING experience I have ever had in a nail salon.
