I’ve been getting my nails done for quite some time now and went here with a friend, it was a terrible experience. I had to change my color 3 times because the colors I picked did not have glitter in them, then the powders they brought out were very glittery. My nails were not filed correctly and grew out terribly because of it. After I took the dip off I realized that they had also filled the nail bed down way too much and all my nails have a visible mark where they filled it(pictured). They peel off more every day, I’ve never had this happen to my nails. It will take me a while to get them back to healthy mail beds.

One lady did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. But this pedicure I got today was sloppy looking. It definitely depends who you go to. Also, while I was mid pedicure they allowed some strange woman to pander the employees and try to sell them headphones. I don’t think anyone should be in there selling things to the person doing my pedicure in the middle of my pedicure. It was weird and distracting.

Really clean place with nice massage chairs. However, the pedicure really only consisted of a nail trim, feet soaked in the tub and painted toes. The bottoms of my feet are still coarse which is the whole reason I pay for pedicures. I’m super ticklish with pedicures so the fact that I wasn’t even bothered this time, goes to show that they really don’t touch the bottom of your feet.

Just moved to Franklin and needed to find a new nail saloon. I did a dip manicure a week ago and it is already cracked and chipped. I’ve gone 3+ weeks before with dip polish when I’m super busy. I read all the bad reviews before I came and decided to give them a chance…bad decision on my part.

Even if you have an appointment, they NEVER honor them! I was seated twenty minutes past my appointment time, only to learn that the tech I booked was not there and no one informed me beforehand. I would have rescheduled. Very rude!

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The workers were extremely rude. From the moment we walked in the young lady couldn’t find our reservation and seemed annoyed we were there. Then the lady gets the pedicure water ready and it’s scalding hot. (As were the towels they used) They seemed so agitated and miserable with their lives/job. The place was so quiet they didn’t make conversations with any of their customers not one employee was nice. Then I say I wanted to have the full manicure cuticles cut etc and she says no you get polish change only. I’ve never experienced a place that did NOT want/appreciate my business. She slaps on the polish as quickly as she can doing a horrible job and puts my hands under dusty nasty fans that halfway worked. Then before my mothers nails are finished the workers are demanding payment as if they don’t expect to be paid at the end. They proceed to talk about us in a different language and give us snarky stares.

This was not a good experience for me. Overall nice location and interior but felt the interactions there a bit cold and unwelcoming. Also, my nails looked worse than when I went in. I have been having my nails done for several years and this was by far the worst service I have had. They cut them way too short and misshaped them terribly. I have a large business meeting in a couple of weeks and hope they grow out and look decent by then but very embarrassed at the look. After two times visiting this place I will not be back, unfortunately.

Aesthetically, very nice. I liked how there was a large menu of services upfront rather than just the little handouts and playing the guessing game of how much one service differs from the other. Everything looks still brand new. However- the actual manicure I received- AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! I could have done just as well myself- which is not saying anything good. If I were able to do a decent job myself, I wouldn’t pay someone else to do it. I attached photos of the manicure I got YESTERDAY. It looks like I did it personally a week ago. The paint does not cover the tips of my nails, nor does it go down to anywhere close to my cuticles- my cuticles look like crap, the paint itself began to chip right away and though I sat there with my nails held at least 6-8 inches from the dryer as instructed for more than 20 minutes, the paint was still much too soft and was ruined right away; later in the evening I noticed it was STILL mushy and so anything that touched the nail left a mark in the paint- which usually indicates they are using fillers and additives in the paint to make the bottle last longer therefore skimping you out of a few dollars. The photos don’t even look as bad as it does to the naked eye, so imagine it about 10X worse. Very disappointing. I will give them another shot since it’s so close to my house, but if it doesn’t improve I will not be back.

I have been here twice because my sister said it was a great place. Clean. However you charge $8 more dollars than any other place and on top of that a $5 charge for nail shape. I have had my nails square or close to coffin shape the past two times and have been charged extra to get the SAME shape. I asked about it and he said it was because of having to reshape. Ridiculous! He didn’t do anymore shaping than any other person. I understand this charge if I was actually changing the shape of my nail completely but I didn’t! I will not be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone else!

I’ve lived in Franklin my whole life and have never had such a bad experience. We waited forever to be helped. Finally were. I told the guy to not cut the cuticles on one of my toe’s that easily becomes ingrown. 5 different times he tried to touch it. (He very clearly understood what I was saying because he then made fun of me.) Finally I said to him “ please, stop. I’ve asked you multiple times to not touch that.” He then preceded to cut my nails all the way down, as short as they’d go without even asking me, and they are slanted down and crooked. We told him which pedicure we wanted and he said “nope. Not enough time.” Couldnt find the color I wanted, was rude the entire time. I’m incredibly irritated and disappointed. I’m an esthetician and can’t IMAGINE treating someone this way. DO NOT GO HERE.
