They say “walk ins welcome” right on the door but if you dont have an appointment they turn you away. Also I asked once if they could do my 4 year olds nails just so she can sit with me for fun and the lady said “We dont have the equipment” ….. how do you not the equipment? You dont have nail polish? She didnt need a specialized seat or anythin . Just polish.
