The sign says no walk ins and they took me last minute anyway… with no technicians available, and still managed to get me sat down for a mani/pedi with only a 15 minute wait. Very accommodating! Good manicure.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve tried to give this business a chance several times over the years; however, the customer service is truly horrible. They are always behind schedule, and they do not communicate well. The manager is always there, but he never says a word or cares. Lord help you if you try to schedule a joint appointment – you will end up getting your pedicure or manicure after the other person you are with is done. They schedule like 6 people all at the same time but can only handle half that amount. I’ve tried to give this business a chance several times over the years; however, the customer service is truly horrible. They are always behind schedule, and they do not communicate well. The manager is always there, but he never says a word or cares. Lord help you if you try to schedule a joint appointment – you will end up getting your pedicure or manicure after the other person you are with is done. For the first time I went and met Tina she did my eyebrows, it was done the way I like them. I am very happy and pleased. Tina is pleasant sweet and nice. Next week, I will book an appointment with Tina to do a manicure and pedicure for the first time. I have been doing my own nails for over a year and a half. I would love to have an expert- specialist take care of me for once looking forward to having this done soon.

Always kind and easy going. Don’t get my nails done often but a 2 -3 times a year my daughter and I go in together for a girl’s day. Last time I went in without her and all the staff wanted to know where she was! LOL Okay, my 9 year old is charming. 😉 They don’t cost any more than other places, I have always had good results and our nails don’t chip.

This nail Salon is no good. I have been getting my nails done at this salon for about four months and my nails have just broken off. I just got my nails done not even a week ago, I opened a bar of soap out of the soap box and my nail breaks off . I don’t know if they use cheap nails or cheap glue. All that I know I’m a loyal customer, I tip the nail technicians very well. My nails should not break off in less than a week. It is truly ridiculous. I love the way the nail technician does my nails, but the products this nail salon uses is no good.

I just called to place an appointment and the lady in the front cuts me off saying “umm, we don’t have time for that today”. That was honestly the most rude thing to say to a customer with an attitude. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a good expirience. As soon as someone answered with attitude she lost my business. It was me and 4 bridesmaid that needed nails done. You lost all of our business. We won’t be calling anytime soon. I’ve had better customer service experiences.
