I LOVE LOVE my nail salon! I drive nearly 1.5 hours every two weeks sometimes three because they’re always so durable to get my nails done here! Everyone is so sweet and very accommodating and the staff really do care about you, and who doesn’t enjoy being greeted by name EVERY single time… I wish I could give more stars!

Great experience at The Nail Lounge Spa today for some self-care! I got acrylic nails for the first time and they lasted so long! I’ve been impressed with almost all the technicians. Everyone is extremely friendly and takes the time to spoil you. The man who did my nails took the time to make sure each nail was even and beautiful.

I’m visiting and wanted good, quality service. My nail tech Kim is AMAZING! Friendly, professional and talented. I gave her the idea and she carried it out perfectly. Andy did my nails and I loved everything about the experience!! He was kind and had wonderful customer service. He was also very attentive. I came in only wanting a fill in and color change. I told him one of my nails were lifting after he filed them and he gave me a completely new set with the color change at a discounted cost.

The manager, Kim, does not value her customers. I spent over $150 in her shop. When I got home, I noticed she had missed a spot and just needed to fill in a lash or two. It would be a VERY quick fix. When I arrived the next day, Kim was Extremely rude to me. She refused to fix the lash or have anyone else fix it. She had told me I had to make an appointment for the next day just to do a one to two minute fix. I am going today I will adjust this review if I feel she values me as a customer.

I just moved to Fort Myers and was looking for a place to get my nails done, as I am very picky. I stumbled across The Nail Lounge Spa and decided to check them out on a whim. I was not disappointed. Everyone there is very accommodating and very talented!!!! Andy usually does my nails, but honestly, nail design of his are great. They will also redo your nails for free if you have cracked/broken nails!! VERY recommended!!!!!

Originally I had a problem with my first set of nails but they immediately reached out to me and fixed the problem and I love my nails Absolutely would recommend The Nail Lounge Spa. This is a great place to come and relax. I got the cateye nails and they are so beautiful!
