I requested to remove my previous dip set with tip and get a fresh dip set with my natural nails. Tiffany filed my nails to the perfect length and shape and applied the dip powder in a very timely manner. The man who helped my friend was also very friendly as we were seated next to the other and were having fun banter and conversation. I was surprised to learn that this establishment has only been open for less than a year. Recently visited this location with a friend of mine. I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany. I requested to remove my previous dip set with tip and get a fresh dip set with my natural nails. Tiffany filed my nails to the perfect length and shape and applied the dip powder in a very timely manner. The man who helped my friend was also very friendly as we were seated next to the other and were having fun banter and conversation. The place is clean, fast, and has you leaving the nail lounge happy with your results. This is the happiest I’ve been about my nails in a long time.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Positive: CleanlinessI was recommended by a friend to Tiffany and was not disappointed! I’ve also seen Alex and thought they both do quality work. I’ve had gel manicures, dip powder, nail designs and pedicures. Prices are fair and the inside is really nice. They have beautiful lighting fixtures. I definitely recommend this nail spa!

Critical: QualityProbably one of the worst manicures I have had. I was brought to a dirty table and had my polish removed by one person. No explanation but was just tossed a palette of colors for me to choose. It was a random selection and I couldn’t find the color I wanted without glitter/sparkle in it. They use an off brand I have never heard of and you are not allowed to look at the bottles, only the fake nails with color on them. OK, so I picked a color then someone else came and didn’t introduce themselves but kept up a conversation with her co workers in a different language. I tried to engage in polite conversation but it didn’t work. I was rushed through the manicure. At least she put down a washcloth on the dirty table to rest my fingers. Not sure how clean the equipment was because everything was hidden below. I am used to either packaged items or at least soaked or from an autoclave!The color was ok. The shape of my nails was ok.Then, the next day it started to wear off! I didn’t do anything different than wash my hands! By Day three (today) my nails are a mess and 8 of the nails have the polish worn off along the edges and chipped. I do NOT want to go back. It was a wasted of money and the staff was not friendly. Probably one of the worst manicures I have had. I was brought to a dirty table and had my polish removed by one person. No explanation but was just tossed a palette of colors for me to choose. It was a random selection and I couldn’t find the color I wanted without glitter/sparkle in it.
