Critical: QualityI came here to get a gel manicure, and while the staff was very kind and was quick (I came in a little later in the day) my gel manicure was done incorrectly. At first, they looked great. Not even 24 hours later, my manicure started to chip (layer by layer, leaving the bottom of my nail sticky). After 2 days, more of my nails started to chip off. I came here to get a gel manicure, and while the staff was very kind and was quick (I came in a little later in the day) my gel manicure was done incorrectly. At first, they looked great. Not even 24 hours later, my manicure started to chip (layer by layer, leaving the bottom of my nail sticky). After 2 days, more of my nails started to chip off. Bella is so incredible and can make conversation with anyone. Any design is fair game with her and you know it will come out fire. My friend got a design on her manicure and it was beautiful. 10/10Service: Pedicure

Bella ( her name is perfect for her..beautiful inside and out ) was so warm and inviting. Critical: QualityI have been loyal to this place since they opened. But lately their service has been lacking. This last time my Pedicure was done very poorly in less than 20 minutes When I let them know of it and showed them pictures they got defensive and did not make any attempt to make it better and actually got upset. I decided to give them a second chance because I felt everyone has a bad day and deserves a second chance and instead of doing a service recovery they refuse to give an appointment. They were very rude, and unprofessional needless to say I will not be coming back to this place or recommending anyone.Everything you have said in your response it’s totally a lie and you know it. You never try to fix the problem and when I try to make an appointment you guys totally lied saying you were out of town in order not to fulfill an appointment. I have been loyal to this place since they opened. But lately their service has been lacking. This last time my Pedicure was done very poorly in less than 20 minutes When I let them know of it and showed them pictures they got defensive and did not make any attempt to make it better and actually got upset.
