I took my 2 little girls (3 & 5 yrs) here to get pedicures for the first time and everything was perfect. I made an appointment early this morning for 11:30 same day. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My girls had so much fun and so did I (I was worried it might be a little stressful but it wasn’t at all) It was relaxing and our nails look great! I chose this spot because they have good reviews and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend ❤️

I’m sadly not impressed with the job my nail tech did (Woman). Me and my grandma went this morning. We didn’t have an appointment and thankfully they were able to squeeze us in. The spot is super convenient and quick to get to from my place. Once you’re there you feel super relaxed. It was very quick, we were in an out in less than an hour. Both of us got gel maninures done. Unfortunately, the job was not well done for me. On the other hand, my grandma’s nail tech was amazing (Man)!! She had gel polish already and was charged $10 to get them off and then $25 for the gel polish. Her nail tech got all the spots and her nails came out super nice and smooth. My nails on the other hand, were subpar. I had SNS powder on my nails and got a gel manicure. I got charged $20 for their removal, even though 3 of my nails were already off and then $25 for the gel polish. The nail tech didn’t fully smooth out my nails so they came out a little bumpy and there was a lot of room from where the gel started to my nail bed. She only did 2 coats and parts of my nail could still be seen through the polish. I wish she would have taken more time to make sure that my nails were smooth and filed properly and maybe even added a 3rd gel coat to make the nails more opaque. I’m between a 3 and 4/5 on this place because of this. I love the color I chose, but when you look closely the nails aren’t as nice as they could have been for $45.

I’ve tried almost all nail salons in St. Cloud and this one is a keeper! Amy is so amazing when she does my pedicure. Abby does my SNS and I have no complaints. Everyone is so nice. When my go to girls aren’t there it’s safe to say that they are all great! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would! Pedicure, Dip powder, Gel manicures

This is a fairly new place which means it was clean, fresh and very pretty. I went to get eyelash refills and Z took care of me. She took her time and was very sweet and considerate. I’m giving them 4 stars ONLY bcuz Z was very sweet and kind. Whn I left, 1 individual lash fell out . Not only that, they continued to come out throughout the evening. Idk if she was new or what but I will not be returning for lashes. I can’t speak for anything else bcuz that’s all I was serviced. Everyone there was really nice so it’s not a personal thing. I’d probably be back but for mail services. I’m really picky so we will see.

My mother goes to this Nail & Spa Salon all the time. However, we took my father for his first Manicure and Pedicure and he loved it. My parents have been married for 61 years and seeing a man go in for his first try at a salon at the age of 82 years old just blows your mind. To see him being pampered and treated so we’ll touches your heart. The lady that is the manager and the entire staff treated my parents especially my father so well I would recommend them to everyone. The salon has a overall great and calming atmosphere. I honestly can not express my gratitude to this establishment. I would recommend them to my best friend or a family member.

Critical: QualityI’m very displeased with their service & products. I went for a full set,pedicure & eyebrows trimming. Zy took 20 minutes on my pedicure(terrible work by the way,) and over 1 hour for my full set to be finished. My eyebrows ended up having no symmetry whatsoever, but it was already done and no way to fix it 🙁 so I did not say a word but my face said it all. Once I got home had to go back because she left the point of my nails without the gel product so someone else had to take me in. I had to return 5 days later because all the polish enamel peeled off, this is not acceptable at ALL,the owner took care of me,now I had to pay an additional $25.00 , owner claimed she had to do a “new fill” so I went ahead and paid for it. Reason I’m leaving this review is because just this morning, I had to go back(two days after the owner did my fill,) so they again, fix one of the nails because it cracked, OH MY GOD, going back AGAIN??? this is non sense for such a “FANCY” place having a customer to return 3 times on a row to fix something, is this the norm at this Expensive Nail Lounge or WHAT? in other words, I had spent $70.00 this month in nails ONLY.
