I visited this Nail Salon on June 30th. Requested dip nails on natural nail. The Nail Tech that was assisting me assumed I was doing acrylics and had to politely remind him. He seemed bothered but immediately followed up soon after I reminded him. I requested 4th of July designs on my nails and turned out pretty okay. Well two days later my nails began to chip off. Not one, but multiple. Was completely frustrated because not only did I paid $65.00 I was out of town. I had a total of 5 nails that had chipped off that needing fixing. A week later went back to the salon to speak to the owner about my concern. Initially he was reluctant to take care of me as he felt it was longer than a week had passed even though it was not the case. He eventually had another technician fix the broken nails. I was completely thankful and thanked the owner as I was walking out. He did not bother to acknowledge me or simply have a concern about the issues I was bringing up. Well the next day a nail chipped and it so happened to be one of the ones they had fixed. Utterly frustrating! Could not believe it. I will say this…the staff is friendly but it’s either the quality of the dip powder they are sourcing from their supplier or they need to go back and be retrained how to use dip powder. As for me I will not return. If I simply would have received a genuine apology I probably would be more considerate. But in this case I believe the owner was not genuine and seemed extremely frustrated and rightfully so. Be frustrated because this affects your business. Please be more understanding and seek to understand. If you have a training issue with your staff or poor product that is not witholding be apologetic but don’t make your customers feel there is a hidden motive for personal gain. In my case simply wanted the problem solved.

The actual Salon is clean, quiet and overall a great atmosphere. I was greeted in a very friendly manner. These ladies know how to provide amazing service and the quality of the product is amazing. I walked in excited to get my nails fixed and walked out knowing I will take my business back to them. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLast week I had two problems with this business. On Wednesday I came in to get a pedicure and full set, my toe nail was cracked so I asked her if she could put acrylic on it she looked like she didn’t know how to do it, didn’t file the acrylic so when she painted it there was a big bump and then my natural toe nail. The next day I walk in at 3:20 and he had just started on another girls full set. The sad part is when I walked in no one asked me what I needed they all just glanced at me. If I could I’d give them zero stars. I went 1 time to treat myself and my mom to some pedicures and they treated my mom terribly. Worst attitude and a lousy job. We were the last clients of the day. We called ahead of time to make the last appointment because that was the only time we go in and they said it was fine. We are nice people. I used to be a waitress for years so I know about how to treat customers even if they are the last ones and your tired it still doesn’t give you the right to not care and have a horrible attitude. They ruined my mom and I’s mother daughter time. I don’t recommend to anyone.

THIS WAS THE WORST FASTEST 20 MINUTE PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! CUTICLES WERE NOT PUSHED UP, BARELY CUT, NAILS WERE NOT EVEN FILED STRAIGHT, AND NO MASSAGE, JUST RUBBED THE OIL ON MY LEGS.
