Me and my daughter have gone there for pedicures before which I was not very thrilled with but it wasn’t horrible. My daughter however went in for a full set of nails which took over two hours to do and ended up costing $85 and nothing fancy. The lady pressured her into upgrading throughout the entire appointment. One she is 16 and works hard for her money and two there is a difference in suggesting something and pressuring a client into something. Not to mention the lady spent more time talking to the other employees then she did my daughter. I feel like it’s rude and unprofessional I won’t be going there and my daughter won’t be going back either save your money if your looking for convenience there is a nail place right across the mall and they actually talk to you not each other and their prices are reasonable and clearly listed not surprises

This is a great nail salon with excellent service. they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I work with industrial paints that are hard to remove without heavy caustic chemicals. My wife was tired of my rough hands so we went to see what they could do. they were able to remove the paint and fix me up so my hands were soft again. My wife, and I, are very appreciative. I don’t stick like velcro to my wife’s shirts anymore. Thank you for your outstanding service. Attached are before and after pictures. the red color was the chemical reaction of the cuticle softener lifting the green paint.

First off, we made an appointment and we had never been before so we were late due to trying to find the place. (Didn’t know it was inside the mall). We arrived 10ish minutes late. So that was our fault. But it took 45 minutes to get our pedicures. They filled my mom’s pedicure bowl up but not mine. Then filled mine with about 2 inches of water eventually and said they would fill it the rest of the way later for a reason I couldn’t understand (She was mumbling and trailed off when explaining as she walked away). Super pushy to try and get us to upgrade our pedicures. But we already waited an additional 45 minutes and our “rear ends” and legs were sore from sitting so long already.

It was my first time at this place and a friend had recommended it.I got the delux pedicure (not the highest price one which includes a parafin treatment also) and I had flowers painted on my big toes. The women who appeared to run the place, long dark hair, was very rude and very slow even when I expressed I had time constraints. They offer online appointments, which I was happy about so that I would maybe not have to wait, as even if you call for an appointment usually you have to wait. When I got there exactly at appointment time, they had taken two other customers and mom and daughter who had walked out and came back in after I was seated and I was left to sit in a chair for 40 minutes. When the women with long hair, finally got to me she handed me the menu of services. I told her the delux pedi, she asked why I didn’t want the next level up and I told her honestly, ‘I have a commitment soon and that takes to long, maybe next time’. She began the pedicure, talking the customer in the chair next to me how the whole time, about how she was new, thank you for coming, come again, etc and never asked me once about being a new customer. I got the feeling I was being ignored beacuse I did not get the most expensive pedicure. She then spent a huge amount of time speaking in vietnamese to another nail technician, stopping my pedicure a lot to talk. She took so long due to the talking that women who had come in after me, were done 15 minutes before me. She then left and went to help another customer’s daughter and left me there with no drying lights on my feet, although other technicians had provided those to their customers. Finally, now being late for my next appointment, I saw another tech give a customer a nail drying light for their toes and I asked her why I couldn’t have one, she spoke in Vietnamese to the women who worked on my toes and she came over and put my shoes on. She then went back to the other customers as I walked up to pay. I stood there at the casheir and she ignored me until I asked if I could pay. I felt like this women who appears to be in charge was so rude to me. I guess she doesn’t want customers if you don’t get the most expensive package or possible gel nails. She will not get me again.

Super disappointed with the service my mom and I received. We both get dip powder on our nails and your employee named Amy, was awful to us. She was rude and kept telling us to do gel and we didn’t want that. She was snappy and you could tell she didn’t want to do our nails. We will never be back here because of Amy. Please find someone else who enjoys their job and isn’t rude to customers.
