I went in for the first time ever today to try it out and i will NOT be returning. I wanted some cute gel french tip. I got dip and it was completely wrong. I was to nervous to say anything so my friend spoke up for me. In return i was being told by the OWNER my nails are too dark underneath that it wouldn’t look good and that dip was better.. i further explained it wasn’t what i wanted or showed. She was angry and started the removal process. I was asked if i wanted it all off and i said yes.. the owner told me to wash my hands and that i was done without taking off everything..

An absolute travesty of a service. There was no wax for the pedicure, which I love. The lady working on my husband didn’t even try to work on his calluses and half heartedly used the hot stones one him.

I’m always nervous to go to a new nail salon and I was so pleasantly surprised at Nail Lounge! The staff was friendly and worked with a reference photo I had. They were quick and efficient and only cost $60 for a full acrylic set with shape and design. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Claire!!! Acrylic nails

I’m super happy with my nails. Jolie seemed to try super hard and took her time, my nails got shaped my someone while she ran and did something and I didn’t love it and when she got back she really took the time to shape them and make sure I loved it! Will definitely ask for her again. The only bad thing was I came with a friend after calling and it took a while for them to start her nails so we were there for a long time.

When you complain to the owner/manager that it looks like a toddler painted your nails and instead of good business she rolls her eyes! Bad business! The same way you want your business running is the same way customers want good service for their money spent! $65 spent down the drain!!!!

I have finally found my nail salon after living here for 18 months! Things are going to happen, but it’s HOW an establishment handles that problem that leaves a lasting impression! I have gone to the technicians at #3 and #5 and they are both EXCELLENT. The pedicures are fabulous! The salon is very clean, the staff is very nice and fun! There is a brother and sister that work there – they are AWESOME!
