If I could give more than 5 stars I would in A heart beat.. Cody did an amazing job. . I have been coming to the nail lounge since they opened and I would not go any where else. The staff is always so nice from the time you check in to the time you leave. Plus every time I have gotten my nails done I get so many compliments on them. You can come in with a picture and they with make sure you get what you want.. I have done this many times and they have never disappointed me on any of my pictures.. they go above and beyond… This place is the place to be…

I came here asking for white dip nails and they not only messed it up, but were extremely unsanitary in the process. I have attached pictures for reference in which you can see how they left me with cotton stuck to an open wound they gave me. The lady that did my nails made my cuticles bleed profusely, and during the appointment, she was brushing, filing, and painting over my blood. They even used a dropper to stop the bleeding and let the tip touch the open wound. The tech painted over my nails in which there was cotton stuck to it and stated that it would be fine if there was cotton under my nail. Once she placed on the dip, I noticed that she used an ombre white on me and not pure white like I asked, as I could clearly see my pink nail under it. When I asked her to fix it, she seemed hesitant and decided to put white gel over the dip instead, leaving my nails looking bulky. I later called the manager and requested a refund and he told me to come in so he could process it the next day. When I arrived, he requested to see my nails and I showed him the still open wound (yes, they cut me that badly). He then told me that I needed to come to the back so he could remove my nails or else I would not get the refund. Not once had he stated that I would need to get my nails removed for the refund, as I would not have come in if I knew he would try to mess with my open wound. Also, I felt like it was common courtesy to grant the refund whenever a salon messes up this badly, ESPECIALLY if they promise it previously. I was extremely disappointed by my experience and so was my friend that got her nails done with me.

I have been coming here for over a year, and Steve and Kelly are my go-to’s! Beautiful place and I always look forward to coming here. I had someone new this time around due to Steve being out of town and Kelly busy, and I was not satisfied. However, I went in the next morning and Michael promptly found the matching color and completely fixed them. I am thrilled! Their customer service was great and I am so thankful for a great nail place near me!

Very good service. My sister-in-law made appointments for 4 adults and 3 kids so we could get manicures and pedicures before my mother-in-law’s funeral service. It was a much needed relaxation break in the midst of the chaos of the funeral preparation.

Met a girl at Dutch Bros who had super cute nails and she recommended seeing Michael. I did and my nails were so much better than other places I’ve been to. He was very detailed and the acrylic wasn’t as chunky as most techs do it (thank god). The atmosphere was very nice and they have free drinks while you wait.

I had my first experience with them and they were so fast and easy going. The atmosphere is to die for and the service is fast and absolutely perfect. It’s a luxury place with amazingly priced services. And when I decided to go back because I adored the place so much I went for a new set and they were so fast and accurate with everything they make NO MISTAKES and are so friendly and inviting I think I found my forever nail salon.
