We were on a 40 minutes wait but ended up waiting 1 hr 20 minutes. It’s very busy during the weekends. The pedicure was good but my manicure got ruined as the shape of my nails were all over the place. All the nails are shaped differently, I tried to explain what shaped I wanted but it just got worse. Pedicure for my husband and me was good for the basic. And a plus point is you get a free drink, cocktails or juice but you have to ask for it. Overall experience was okay. Hands and feet looked clean. It’d be good if my finger nails weren’t all over the place.

This was my first time there. The place was clean and organized. I will say very pricey. I just had a nail color change-just my nails painted regular polish which cost me $12.00 plus, I gave a $5.00 tip. If I return I would only get a pedicure after I save up for a month. I’ve been a regular for almost a year now. The site is always clean, and as long as you don’t visit during high traffic hours, the wait is short. The staff is as efficient as I’ve ever seen one. Sara was my most recent technician and she is great. She has incredible attention to detail and checked in with me during the process to verify that I was satisfied.

The lady did my mani her name is tracy I told her I wanted to keep them short and natural due to work but this is terrible. I asked the tech to fix them….this is AFTER her corrections. Less than 2 hours later and I’m taking the polish off and redoing them myself. Also, the same tech told me I was doing a “bad job” on my own with my eyebrows, which I only get waxed at this establishment so who’s fault is that!?There are only 1 or 2 good techs here and of course, they are always booked up so good luck getting in with them.Kept going back hoping it would be like it use to. The salon was calming comfortable massage chairs and really nice pedicure oils and lotions. Everything smelled delicious! My pedicure done by Jennifer was amazing, I loved the foot massage! Definitely will be going back again.Services: Nail art, Dip powder, Pedicure, Foot massages

Me and my daughter’s have been here a few time and they always treat us well. They make my girls feel like princesses. They have a great selection of colors. My oldest enjoys this place so much that she asks for it by name. The massage chairs are a plus. This is a great place to visit any day of the week. We’ve never had a long wait.

The dip powder covered my cuticles, was bumpy, uneven, my tips were jagged, and not the same shape – they were very bad. I called the Nail Lounge and they completely fixed my nails and made them look glamorous! (Pictured below!) Tai (spell check?) did my nails and was very nice, professional, and thorough. 10/10 recommend the Nail Lounge! Long story short, I got my nails done in Denton over the weekend and they looked horrific. The dip powder covered my cuticles, was bumpy, uneven, my tips were jagged, and not the same shape – they were very bad. First time going to this nail salon and I was very impressed! Despite how busy they looked when we went in they got us seated right away for pedicures. And we only had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came to start them.

This is maybe my 5th/6th time coming and I’m very disappointed. I always get a Dip w/tips and the same length for $40 and $45 if they remove the old dip & tip. Today I came in with bare nails so it should have been $40, instead it was $50. Now I was told it was $50 because I had acrylic and added tips. I told the cashier no I didn’t get acrylic I got a dip. Then she said “well your nails are long” I replied and said no they’re same as always. I told her to look it up on her computer and she did and the last few times I paid $45 because they had to remove the old dip!! (Chirping Crickets)…. I paid for the pedicure and dip ($80) and tipped. I don’t mind paying but I don’t like the Nickel and Dime Scheme!! With that being said I’ll be looking for a new Nail Salon
