Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy first and only experience at Nail Lounge was not great. The guy who did my nails was very kind. We spoke through the entire appointment, joked around, and laughed. I noticed my acrylic was a bit thick but decided I would go ahead and schedule a fill 2 weeks later and give it another chance. My nails were beautiful otherwise. I missed my appointment due to a family emergency. My Step Dad was rushed to the hospital with heart trouble. I wasn’t thinking straight and didn’t call to cancel. I called the following day to explain and reschedule. I wasn’t even given the chance to explain or apologize. Instead was told “Oh it’s you. We no longer help you” and got hung up on. My first and only experience at Nail Lounge was not great. The guy who did my nails was very kind. We spoke through the entire appointment, joked around, and laughed. I noticed my acrylic was a bit thick but decided I would go ahead and schedule a fill 2 weeks later and give it another chance. My nails were beautiful otherwise. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to this location since 2016. I always have a wonderful experience with Sarah, and other team members when she’s unavailable. The two owners are super great and I never have issues. Only comment is usually you’ll need an appointment for being serviced due to limited availability. I’ve been going to this location since 2016. I always have a wonderful experience with Sarah, and other team members when she’s unavailable. The two owners are super great and I never have issues. Only comment is usually you’ll need an appointment for being serviced due to limited availability. But overall super grateful for their wonderful services

Critical: QualityI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE. I went in to get a simple full set. I asked for a coffin shape & came out with a very crooked set, I can’t even describe the shape. Some of my nails look like an almond shape & others look like a coffin shape. None of them are even. Safe to say I will never be going back.
