I came here to get my nails done for my birthday, as a treat. I don’t get mine done often, so it’s something I look forward to. I was passed around a couple people, before finally finding someone who could do the design. She rushed super quickly, so much so that the drill they use to file down your nails nicked my cuticle and made me bleed. My nails are oddly shaped and uneven because of it now too. They made me pay extra for the design I got AND for the “shape” of my nails, which I would understand, had they actually done a decent job. As you could probably imagine, it was a pretty penny. To make matters worse, TWO of them have broken off within the first WEEK of me getting them done. I don’t do hard labor, so it was shocking to me, as mine usually last at LEAST 2-3 weeks. One of them broke to the cuticle, and bled everywhere, and has been very painful. I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, in fact, I rarely write reviews at all, but I wanted to share my story to at least hope that someone else not have the same experience. For me personally, I will not be going there again.

I got my nails done Friday the 16th and they already look like I’ve had them on for several weeks. Usually when I go in to have my nails done, they clean up my cuticles and mail beds, cut and file my natural nails, clean and drimmle my nails. She did not. Then wash my hands and get the tips and acrylics done. She didn’t fill in my nails to cover my natural, I had to ask for another layer of paint since I could still see through them, they are bulky and square when I asked for rounded.

I go to Abby here and she is the best! I get dip on my natural nails and it lasts me 3-4 weeks. Abby is very nice, detail oriented and all around an amazing nail tech! I drive 25 minutes to get here and its worth it. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I always get a manicure because I am not a fan of acrylic nails.The man who did my nails hurried as fast as he could to do my manicure and because of that it looks like a child painted my nails. I came here instead of going to my usual nail salon because I was in the area already. I got a gel manicure which was $45 after my tip. My manicure looks horrible, they cut two of my fingers to the point of bleeding. My cuticles don’t look clean. My gel looks messy and my nails are filed all uneven. To top things off, I watched him dump out the bowl my hands were in for my manicure, and another employee grab it to use on another person without even rinsing it out first. Just unsanitary. I’ll drive the extra miles to my usual salon.
