When I was greeted, no one asked me what kind of specific service I wanted. I ended up being upsold and prices didn’t match online or my expectations. Sealed tools were not used for my pedicure or manicure, unlike it was advertised on the website of “new nail kits for each customer.” The website also advertises complimentary drinks. No one, out of 6 employees who interacted with my experience asked me if I wanted a refreshment.

The nail lounge is clean and inviting. My mom and I showed up around 12 during a weekday without an appointment and were seen right away. We both just got a basic Mani/Pedi but the prices were great and they did a thurough job! We were seen by Crystal and Tom and they were both wonderful. The chairs were great, the water hot. I’ve gone here twice. The first time for a pedicure. This last time I went to have dip polish removed and gel polish added to my real nails. They seemed very rushed. They were offering a new gel polish that lasts up to 4 weeks. It hasn’t even been a week yet and my nails are already chipped. I won’t go back here. Gel manicures

I’ve been going to this salon for at least 3 years and the last 2-3 times were not good. I usually get dip powder and it lasts me a while. One of my last three visits the girl was a bit aggressive with the nail drill and felt like she burned through my nail. My last visit I had scheduled an appointment, the employee was having to run the front and do nails which made it take longer for my nails to get done. While doing my nails I told my tech the ends of my nails weren’t straight and instead they curved inward. He started filing more on the ends causing them to be even more curved and taking length off my nails. The color I picked was out so instead of asking if I wanted a different color he chose something “close” but it is not close and ended up being sheer on my nails. I left and went home and spent an hour just reshaping my nails. Sadly I will be finding a new salon for a while

I got a pedicure a little over a week ago and my big toe is still swollen and in pain. I am 6 months pregnant and shouldnt have to deal with this. Your salon should be sanitizing the tools which I am sure is not being done. I called the salon and am still waiting for a call back from the owner. For what your salon charges for a pedicure new sanitary tools should be used on each customer especially since your workers cannot follow sanitary procedures.
