Absolutely LOVE my nails! The wait was not long at all (gave me just enough time to pick out my color) because they have so much staff on hand. The place is huge! Only got dip this time but will be going back in 3 weeks to get another dip and pedicure to prep for vacation and I’m so excited to see what my nails will be like next (although I don’t ever want this mani to grow out).

This is my favorite nail spot, probably ever. ~30 chair for hands, similar for feet, and at least 4 pedicure chairs for kids that are actually legit. TONS of polish and powder options, as well as talented staff ready to follow your inspiration. They have a clean facility, with all the sterilization tools in clear view for your peace of mind.

I live 20 miles away and after calling to verify that a specific person was in today, and being told she was, I drove all the way there to get my nails done by her. The woman tells me she wasn’t there yet and set up an appointment to come back. When I come back, she tells me she forgot to call me to tell me she was sick. So I decided to go ahead and let someone else do them instead of having to come all the way back on a different day. What is this? The man that did my nails was nice at first. But my nails look terrible. And when I tell the ladies at the desk I wasnt happy with it. “Oh he can fix them.” I tell them that I didnt want him to fix them and asked if someone else could. They tell me no and then proceed to ask me why I didn’t tell him. Maybe because I dont like to hurt people’s feelings, especially since this was the guy’s second day there, apparently? He not only dug into my cuticle with the drill but after I told the woman about me not liking my nails, he comes to the front almost hostile. I just told them after all that I just wanted to pay and leave. I paid $70 for nails that I absolutely hate!

I went in excited to get my prom nails done and came out near breakdown over my nails. After spending about 2 hours there, I left with uneven nails and nails that looked as if they were done by a 12 year old. And on top of everything the total was $102. All the nail techs do is yell across the room to talk to each other instead of focusing on doing your nails. The paint was not even on the sides of some of my nails, the layers of polish was not shaved down at all and they are basically mountains on top of my nail. If you want a good manicure and pedicure, save your money and go somewhere else. It’s disappointing how they are charging so much for so little.

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI came in as a walk in on a busy Saturday morning (they had a huge bridal party walk in) and I still only had to wait MAYBE 30 minutes. Eric did my set and he did an amazing job. I got a simple nude pink to white ombré in a coffin shape but he did so good, they are probably the most perfect set I’ve had in the sense of shape, how even they are, etc. Before tip, my full set was only 50$ (+5$ for ombré and +5$ for shape) which I feel is very reasonable. The shop was very busy but they still managed to stay on top of it, get my nails done, be professional, and do quality work. There’s plenty of stations and staff and the atmosphere is very nice and modern. I came here for the first time on my second round of getting acrylics. After that, I didn’t stop coming back. All of my techs have been great but by far my favorite has been Tete! (Not sure if I spelt it correctly). The shaping was awesome, she was very sweet, and overall it was an amazing experience. Wonderful line work btw!

Nails were not filed the same shape and lenght and when I arrived home I realized nails are not fully painted on the sides.If you want something quick, is ok. If you want something perfect, this is not the place.

Jocelyn’s pedicure skills are the best! She really pays attention to detail. I moved here a few months ago and used this nail salon since I’ve been here. I’ve been open in trying any nail tech that’s available and they all have been very good but Jocelyn is the best I’ve had thus far. Highly recommend. This nail salon customer service is the best!

Hands down my favorite nail salon. I drive all the way from HAAF to this salon just to get my nails done. I can’t make an appointment due to my work schedule but I have no problems waiting just for them! They never disappoint. Worth every penny and more.
