First time and everyone was wonderful. Had a bad experience at a different salon and needed a fix before leaving for my wedding. They got me right in and the girls found a perfect color – even mixed two to find my perfect toes gel. Then acrylics – Toni was fabulous and not just another nail tech – she had to build the acrylic on one hand cuz the tips would’nt stick – shr gave me extra time and never rushed – even stayed late – loved her – she was the absolute best, talented and experienced!. My nails are perfect – seriously all exactly the same shape length and color – seriously couldn’t be better!

I got a gel manicure and salt scrub pedicure and I have to say this is the best my nails have every looked! Would highly recommend!

I wasn’t real sure what to expect of this place, since I was visiting from out of town and didn’t know anything about it. But I liked this nail salon even better than mine at home! The inside is beautifully decorated, very tasteful, elegant and clean. I was also very impressed with the staff. The girls working there were all very friendly and easy to talk to. They were able to easily accommodate us as walk -ins for 2 gel manis and one polish change on an early Monday afternoon.

Overall good experience. The bar has risen so much that there are certain things we’ve come to expect. For instance, if you spend $180, you’ll likely be offered a glass of wine, juice or water. I saw one customer with a glass of wine, but I was not offered any. My nails look amazing though. And maybe that’s the only point. I’ve come to realize, however, as I get older, I want an experience. I’m so busy and consumed with daily responsibilities that when I visit and spend money at a nail spa, I want to be “treated” well. My nail tech was nice and personable enough. Would I recommend? If you only have interest in your nails looking good, sure. Would I return? Maybe?

I will NEVER go to this place ever again!!! I assume it’s an upscale establishment and only for people who make 6 figures a year. Myself and my 8 year old daughter got a mani/pedi with gel and it cost me $200. There was no foot/hand massage. No acrylic.ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EXTRA! And I was charged $200. It’s been 2 days and our polish is already chipping. I still have dead skin on my feet. I understand inflation.. What I don’t understand is the laziness and not doing a job worthy of $200!!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this place… So not worth it!!

I was cautious about trying this place after reading some of the reviews online, but I was extremely pleased by the whole experience. I arrived way early (try 45 minutes!), but they were willing to take me right away. As I noticed, they have sufficient staff to accommodate walk-ins. They’re also very efficient. Besides being pleased with the results of a badly needed pedicure (I opted for the deluxe and it was well worth it!), I enjoyed the people and the atmosphere… and the complementary glass of wine. I understand how some reviewers mentioned feeling like the staff was not paying attention to them. Most of them don’t seem to have the gift of gab BUT every time I started the conversation, my pedicurist was extremely pleasant and joined in the chit-chat. I let her pick the polish color and she impressed me with her choice of a deep burgundy. All in all, price, quality, and atmosphere were all great to me and I will definitely be back regularly.

The BEST mani/pedi EVER! My gel manicure lasted three weeks! Susan was fantastic. Actually it was a group effort. The atmosphere is fun, while still very professional. I read somewhere that the employees talk to the customer, not each other. SO true! I’ll never go anywhere else in Nashville.

Hands down the BEST salon and service EVAAA!!! Susan is just SUPERB! Joy is great too! All the girls there are very friendly and talk to their customers! Even the customers talk to each other! Its like your girlfriends nail salon, where you hang out and chit-chat small talk and feel pretty! Been going to Susan now for a little over a year! Well worth the drive to Nolensville city!

Don’t waste your time going here. I went in to get a full set/pedicure, and my friend got a full set as well. The girl who did my full set/pedi did a great job making them look good, but my nails lifted and literally popped off in a week. My friend spent an hour and a half getting just a full set, which had to be fixed MANY times. Her nails were awful looking. Bumpy, polish all over her fingers, and uneven. They popped off before mine did. I spent way too much money in this salon for the outcome I got.
