it’s clean. a lot of color selections too. I love the decor and it’s a very relaxing salon. my only feedback for improvement would be that I never start my appointment on time. if my appointment is at 1 they start working on me at 1.30 there’s always a 30 minutes delay. other than that very pretty, relaxing high quality salon in the area.

I came here on a whim to do my nails for my graduation, and asked for apres extensions and a pedicure. There is a new nail tech that goes by the name of nathaly- extremely unprofessional to say the least. After ridiculing me in front of the salon because my cuticles were dry and hard to work with, she used the drill a bit too deep and made me bleed profusely all over her towel which she then took out on me. Great job, poor execution. I called the manager to try and talk about my situation, which then proceeded to end with “She doesn’t work on weekends. She’ll give you a call on Monday.” It’s now Monday, with still no call. Beware!

This was an early Xmas gift from my boyfriend. I was so disappointed by the end of it I cried in my car. The nails came out alright. Not at all what I wanted but I never got a chance to tell my nail tech as she was too busy on her phone at the beginning of my appointment for me to tell her what color I wanted. I wanted white glittery and I got some silver color.

They are both so friendly, kind, and so very patient with their clients and their ideas! I love getting my nails done here by either one of them and will continue to come to see them both. I have been visiting the nail garden for a good 4/5 years now & I have never had a complaint up until now. My bad review is not on the salon, I love the salon I go to the Miami Lakes location and the main street location. My disappointment is on the nail tech that I had today by the name of Leidys. She assumed that my nails were short enough and did not bother to ask if I wanted to trim, file or cut down. I have been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old that is normally what a nail tech ask you at the beginning would you like to cut down or file? She was constantly on her phone. She looked like she was bothered about some thing. I couldn’t fully relax because I had to make sure that she was getting my toes done the right way to normal way.
