I have been coming to this salon for about 4 years and it is outstanding. I don’t trust anyone else with my nails anymore. I recommend making an appointment in advance (especially if you would like designs), but walk-ins are usually easily accommodated. I get a color gel manicure with a design every three weeks, and my natural nails are long and strong – no extensions needed. Their regular pedicure is far better than any standard pedicure I’ve received – it includes 10 mins of massage, hot stone, and paraffin wax. I usually get the Sunshine Spa pedicure because it includes extra massage time, keratin hand gloves, callus removal, and it just smells amazing. The salon is visibly clean, processes and tools all seem very safe and sanitary. Can’t recommend this salon enough.

I came to this place specifically for a design I’d seen online. On their IG their work looks spectacular, nails look even, well shaped and manicured, what I got was anything but. I really wanted to love this place but I’m so disappointed. I asked if I should come in early to do a removal and they said “come on time it’s built in to the time”. The woman who did my dip powder cut my nails on my left hand but not my right, every single nail is a different shape and length. The only nails she did well were the 3 extensions, she cut my natural nails down to uneven numbs, I look like I have claws. She rushed the design because another client came in and they look grown out from the moment I walked out. I had to ask her to bring the polish closer to the cuticle and she seemed annoyed. My nails looked grown out from the moment I left the salon. Some are also going upwards when they were growing straight before and they inverted apexes. For the amount I paid for dip powder with gel polish I was expecting better work. The design was very simple and they made it harsh and not flowy. I wish I’d listened to other reviews, they’re a chop shop with nice decor. The technique isn’t there, they don’t know how to work with natural nails (my nails are in pain from the over filing). I wish I’d just waited and gone somewhere else, wouldn’t recommend to natural nails.

Love the place but both my daughters and I need to find another place. They have raised to prices so much it’s beyond. Probably the most expensive place in town. $80 to get 4 nails fixed and $120 for a new set with tip. That’s just outrageous. Gel manicures

Stellar customer service. I absolutely loved my experience here. My artist was Lily who is so detail-oriented & nice. Grace, the manager, consistently checked in on me and gave helpful critique to make my nails look the absolute best. She’s also very funny! They know how to take care of their customers. Given my request (detailed Disney gel manicure), I got an amazing price – $60. I was surprised by the impromptu back massage as soon as I sat down, but I welcomed it. I’m definitely coming back, especially because I now have a coupon to utilize (given to first-time customers)!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this location as a walk-in I was promptly taken to a very clean pedicure chair. They use liners which is a good indicator that they follow aseptic techniques. Patty was my pedicurist and she did an amazing job I chose the palm and granite spa pedicure which included a lovely hot stone massage. During that time Karen did my UV gel extensions on my nails while I was getting my toes painted. A gentleman came over, and I did not get his name which I’m kind of upset at myself for, and gave me a really good deep tissue massage in between my shoulder blades and on the back of my neck. I left this meticulously clean spa, where they actually sanitize all of their stainless steel equipment which is awesome! I left this location feeling refreshed and relaxed and pampered and it was worth every dollar that I spent. I have been to many locations, and Karen and Patty are absolutely the best at what they do. Do not go here. They are a factory. I had Sue. She is the worst. She does her job very quickly but gave me more attitude dirty looks during my 45 mins then I’ve ever gotten in my whole life from everyone combined. And all because I was in pain from her painful manicure. Talk about a cold fish. She kept screaming at me to chose chose chose a color before she even got to the color part. Then called over her friends to talk about me in Spanish not realizing I understand and then those coworkers tried to push me to chose as well. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The only positive was that I didn’t have to spend to much time with her or this business. There is so many other nail salons in the area right near this business. I suggest everyone go there.

Be careful you will get charged extra for a pedi massage that they initially said is included. You cant understand what the girls are saying so then they ask if you want a massage for your pedi and I said yes, because it’s included, and then I got charged an extra $15. my toenails also are not the same length and the nail polish is Caked Up on one toe they don’t spend enough time getting them smooth from rough skin areas. Overall its just ok.
